Bluebird Hewitt Posted November 5, 2023 Posted November 5, 2023 Did not see this coming at all. Even if they draw, this'll be a hell of a result for Luton.
Dr. Gonzo Posted November 5, 2023 Posted November 5, 2023 I figured something like this would happen after Nuñez missed that sitter.
Rick Posted November 5, 2023 Posted November 5, 2023 Our record away against the absolute dross of the league is a shambles. This truly is a pathetic performance and an even worse result.
Bluewolf Posted November 5, 2023 Posted November 5, 2023 8 minutes added time.... Can't say the powers that be don't give big clubs every chance to win against the bottom sides Liverpool will have a fixture pile-up if Jurgen wants this one replayed as well as the Spurs game. Steve K
Administrator Stan Posted November 5, 2023 Author Administrator Posted November 5, 2023 Diaz equaliser! 3 mins to go... What a goal that must be for him.
Administrator Stan Posted November 5, 2023 Author Administrator Posted November 5, 2023 Just now, Dr. Gonzo said: Happy for Diaz. Can't see how anyone couldn't be.
Dr. Gonzo Posted November 5, 2023 Posted November 5, 2023 Just now, Stan said: Can't see how anyone couldn't be. Luton fans maybe lol
Bluewolf Posted November 5, 2023 Posted November 5, 2023 What a result for Liverpool.. Holding the mighty Luton to a draw.. I suspect Liverpool fans will be rejoicing late into the night
Rick Posted November 5, 2023 Posted November 5, 2023 Delighted Luis scored, but that result is dreadful.
Bluebird Hewitt Posted November 5, 2023 Posted November 5, 2023 Fair play, would have liked Luton to hold on for the win, but it's turning into a bit of a magical scoreline, considering the gulf between the two teams and Diaz scoring Liverpool's equaliser in injury time, considering what he's been going through.
Dr. Gonzo Posted November 5, 2023 Posted November 5, 2023 Well that was awful, but nice moment for Diaz. Idk why we’re always so shit against relegation fodder but hey at least some things remain consistent in my life.
Lucas Posted November 5, 2023 Posted November 5, 2023 What a weekend so far for Man City. Arsenal lost. Villa lost. Liverpool draw. Don't think they'd have expected all those results to happen. Over to Spurs now.

Redcanuck Posted November 5, 2023 Posted November 5, 2023 Happy for Diaz, but where did they get 11 minutes from? ( didn't have time to watch. )
Administrator Stan Posted November 5, 2023 Author Administrator Posted November 5, 2023 5 minutes ago, Redcanuck said: Happy for Diaz, but where did they get 11 minutes from? ( didn't have time to watch. ) It was 8. Diaz scored within stoppage time. Think they only played up to 99mins.

Lucas Posted November 5, 2023 Posted November 5, 2023 Don't think it was horrendous from Liverpool when you consider a team has virtually parked a bus. I just think when you boil it down, 24 shots and only 6 on target is where it went wrong for Liverpool today. The finishing needed to be better. Darwin's effort (albeit offside) was a prime example of how poor the conviction in the finishing was.

LFCMike Posted November 5, 2023 Posted November 5, 2023 Anyone thinking that a title challenge is gone after today, just remember City got beat at Wolves a few weeks ago. Frustrating but a long way to go as well
Danny Posted November 5, 2023 Posted November 5, 2023 Theres 4 points seperating arsenal, liverpool, spurs and city. not one of them is as good as the 100+ point teams of the past. title race is wide open.
