Happy Blue Posted Tuesday at 11:29 Posted Tuesday at 11:29 The state of us right now i bet @RandoEFC will be gutted with anything but a win away at the Etihad ..still no CB's, Stones came back last game and went off at half time injured again it's time to sell along with Ake as they can't stay fit. Dias is out too so CB will be Akanji & Gvardiol with Walker RB Lewis or Bernardo LB Midfield? who knows with Pep, he's lost the plot if he starts Gundo & Kovacic together we are losing, that goes with Lewis in midfield too. don't know why Pep doesn't give the kids a run, not like it can get any worse ha ..i would play Ortega Lewis Akanji Gvardiol Esbrand O'Reilly De Bruyne Kovacic Savinho Haaland Foden Quote

Subscriber RandoEFC+ Posted Tuesday at 17:35 Subscriber Posted Tuesday at 17:35 I still genuinely expect us to lose although us getting a 0-0 again wouldn't surprise me at all. We've managed to become hard to beat again but still don't see where a goal is going to come from against even a weakened City. Probably be a 1-0 or 2-0 for City. They'll be targeting this match as an opportunity to get back on track. Quote

Subscriber Dan+ Posted Thursday at 12:08 Subscriber Posted Thursday at 12:08 I've been confident of defeats in past games but I've never witnessed one quite like this. I've never felt quite so low about a Leicester side's level. Even in 2022/23, which was a start to finish disgrace, I don't think our floor was quite as low as it is this season. Any Liverpool fan who panics a jot about tonight needs to relax. We've been pretty terrible for most of the season anyway. Under Cooper it was largely abject, second best in basically every game but picking up the odd respectable result along the way. Van Nistelrooy brought a bit of optimism to the place and got a couple of decent results himself. But the last two games - disaster isn't even close to the description. What's played out is beyond my wildest imagination. I really did not think we would have to subject ourselves to that absolute prat of a goalkeeper again, but here we are. When you think that this season, we're in a bad position anyway. It's only not substantially worse because of two things - lucky officiating in the two most decisive games of the season (Southampton & Ipswich) but more importantly, Mads Hermansen. He has saved us from many a battering this season, and kept it down to mostly just a narrow defeat. Ask Arsenal fans about him. He was pretty much the difference between us losing a game by 6/7 goals and them needing injury time to beat us. The drop off from Hermansen to Ward is so drastic that you could barely believe it was achievable. I wasn't joking when I said that anybody in this league could put 3 past Ward. The fact Wolves, one of the worst teams in the league can come here and have it done by half time should tell you the level we're dealing with here. I expect Liverpool fans to come away in amazement at the ease in which they win tonight's game. My entire rationale for not triple captaining Salah is that I think you'll be wise enough to get him off at half time and get him rested. I'm dreading this game in a way I can't explain. I'd be quietly relieved if we lost 4-0 tonight. I really think it could be that bad if we're not careful. Quote
Subscriber Dan+ Posted Thursday at 14:00 Subscriber Posted Thursday at 14:00 Stolarczyk in goal for us apparently. Thank god. Quote
Happy Blue Posted Thursday at 14:29 Posted Thursday at 14:29 Yay, a point at home things are looking up Quote
Subscriber RandoEFC+ Posted Thursday at 14:30 Subscriber Posted Thursday at 14:30 Another good point for us. Could even have nicked it at the end with a bit more quality in the final third. Happy with that performance overall though. Lovely goal for Ndiaye. Quote
Subscriber RandoEFC+ Posted Thursday at 14:52 Subscriber Posted Thursday at 14:52 Two losses in 13 and somehow they were Southampton and a battering off United . Quote
LFCMike Posted Thursday at 16:28 Posted Thursday at 16:28 I hope we're not going to get another game postponed. Fog is quite bad on Merseyside Quote
Inverted Posted Thursday at 16:41 Posted Thursday at 16:41 Neto bitches out of a challenge, tries to use the head injury protocol to stop play, and costs his team a goal. Well done ref. Quote

Gunnersaurus Posted Thursday at 16:56 Posted Thursday at 16:56 Newcastle have come out of no where. Some fans were saying he should be sacked. Which for me highlights how impatient and fickle and desperate to sack managers modern some football fans are. Quote
LFCMike Posted Thursday at 17:10 Posted Thursday at 17:10 Should still be on as things stand but who knows how that could change over the next couple of hours Quote
Cicero Posted Thursday at 17:23 Posted Thursday at 17:23 Fulham deserved that. Maresca's game management today was shocking. Quote
OrangeKhrush Posted Thursday at 17:59 Posted Thursday at 17:59 Great result, we have Man United and Spurs away next and if we can go unbeaten it will be a nice way to go into 2025. Quote

Dave Posted Thursday at 19:45 Posted Thursday at 19:45 I think Bruno needs to go from United. They got the best out of him playing in a 10 in a counter attacking team, I dont think the next good version of this team has him in it. Quote
