That second half was a proper stroll and we still managed to score 2. Could have scored more and Salah could have had at least a hatrick. What a ridiculous season he's having.

The level that Salah's reached in the first half of the season is one that I can't recall seeing much of in my time watching the PL.

It's like the spell Hazard had in the first half of 2014-15, or some of the runs of form that De Bruyne had in the middle Pep seasons at City. Salah's own first season was also impressive but this is a whole other level even from that.

Doctor Leicester will see you now.

Utterly predictable outcome. Play them back into form. Concede to a drastically out of form Haaland. Concede Savio's first ever Premier League goal.

Very relegation stuff.

Wow, we have found a team worse than us 😂

This is fully what I expected to read today.

It's nearly as good as Haaland's record breaking season when he was scoring every game nearly and should of won the ballon d'or

Thought we looked like a side that were knackered after an intense period of fixtures because there's not enough options. Fortunately Eze bailed us out with a moment of class.

It was a nice reminder to the board that we need to make signings this January regardless of what's going on at boardroom level. But it would be very Palace to see a couple of good results on paper and for them to decide that all of the problems have been solved.

I'm going to criticise Amorim again I'm afraid. Yes, Man Utd are basically unmanageable as a football club. No, that doesn't excuse the manager picking a midfield of Eriksen and Casemiro to go up against Joelinton, Guimaraes and Tonali. Amateur behaviour.

Ipswich might be below us in the table but imagine going into games against the likes of Chelsea knowing that your manager is going to approach it with a plan to at least give you a slim chance of victory, rather than setting up to try and hold on to a 0-0 draw and have no plan B when you concede first. Must be nice.

Said on here a few weeks ago I think Ipswich are likelier to survive than us. Think our fans need to get a grip in some of these games like yesterday. I can forgive losing at Anfield but I think treating a very out of sorts Man City like it's some sort of bonus fixture. Ipswich have beaten Chelsea and Tottenham now this season. How many games since we beat a big side?

Don't even get me started on the ones who think Old Trafford is a bonus fixture in 2024. To get thumped there twice in ten days is nothing short of negligence.

To be honest if Leicester go down I won't have much sympathy. The fans hounded Cooper out from day one. Whether they would have stayed up with him I don't know but they weren't in the relegation zone. Most of the fans I've spoken to said they had a championship squad but were unhappy with being just above the relegation zone. Leicester fans seem really deluded to me. I think Martin O'Neil said about it as well. Since they won the league they think they are a massive club

Cooper was taking us down but our problems are well above the manager. You only have to look at the summer just gone - we thought we were getting a points deduction because of financial mismanagement and they've gone and chuffed a load more money down the drain. It's just a very dysfunctional and badly run club in this day and age. People forget how quickly we've fallen.

You don't know much about the situation then as to why he was 'hounded out'.

Disastrous weekend for us. In true Everton fashion we've dragged ourselves right back into the mire just as it started to look like we might be able to cling onto Palace's coat tails and get ourselves clear of it.

Ipswich have beaten Chelsea, Wolves have just got 4 points off Man Utd and Spurs who both battered us 4-0 by the way, meanwhile we lose at home to Forest and we're just supposed to accept "Forest are doing well right now what do you expect" because we're too busy patting ourselves on the back for drawing with Arsenal, Chelsea and City.

We'd arguably have been better off losing those games because it would have given the new owners the perfect excuse to make a change in the dugout straight away. It's so infuriating supporting one of the less covered clubs like Everton and having to hear the accepted narrative that Dyche will keep us up as if that's some sort of achievement. He's the main reason we're in a relegation battle to start with.
