For me it's  about the texture, not the nutritional value. I'm fine with some frozen veggies (like peas, sweet corn, chopped carrots etc.), but some others are just vile. Green beans, Brussel sprouts, cauliflower, broccoli are usually just too soggy, mushy, and lose all the crunchiness :(
