Leeds are going to walk the league at this rate and Bielsa is going to be known as a hero in Yorkshire after this season without a doubt.

Rovers 1-0 Brentford with 76 minutes on the clock. It's not over yet, but very positive result so far against difficult opposition, who are yet to face defeat this season.

We need to be upping the pace here. We are still just walking, and slowly moving forward. We need to throw everything to the front and challenge the midfielder that is now their goalie.

And that's it. 0-0

Only one shot on goal after their keeper gets the red.

Perfect record is gone, but 1 point on the road against a team we typically struggle with isn't the worst thing in the world.

Refs were absolute dire for both sides.

Norwich have well and truly been tickled Pink. I think we're gonna have to get the painters in at Elland Road if that's our response.

Very dominant showing today. Clinical too. We took our chances early and dictated the game from there. Norwich had a bit of huff and puff, couple of moments but nothing to be majorly concerned about. Surprised because Rhodes usually bags against us.

Having Pontus back was massive, he is very commanding and his physicality is massive for us. I also loved Kalvin Phillips response today. Hauled off after 25mins v Swansea, Bielsa said he sticks by his players and trust in them to improve. KP comes back today and plays better 10 fold. He wanted to repay that faith. That is the type of trust our coach installs.

Final word to the maestro. Pablo Hernandez is 33 and playing like he's 21 again. What a man. He is showing a tremendous amount of consistency so far.

Sounds like we were poor and lethargic, struggling after a Wednesday night game. Definitely missed Maupay.

Either way, doesn't sound like Rovers were much better than us and on the balance of chances had were fortunate to win and not draw.

Next league game is Sunday against Forest, hopefully we'll be back at our best for 90 minutes.

There seems to be a pattern forming as far as Spanish players go who were once quick, tricky type players, then end up reforming into creative beasts once they reach their 30s. We've seen it from Cazorla and Prieto in recent years and then last season Joaquin looked like he was in his mid-20s again. We are now seeing the same from Pablo Hernandez at Leeds albeit being at a lesser level. While most players of their mould are done by 30, these lads have evolved and changed their game to continue being effective players.

Anyway, Leeds are looking brilliant this season. There is no doubt in my mind that Bielsa will have you finally going back up this season after years of misery. I think the only thing which could prevent it, is if Bielsa was to fall out with people behind the scenes before then walking out, as it's something he's done before. The chances of it happening are still quite small though and things seem to be going great for him right now. The players are really responding to him.

Dominated again, 18 shots and 62% possession away from home with the QPR keeper getting MOTM. Wasted a lot of good chances and on another day could and should have scored a few. Despite being nowhere near our best and easily the weakest of our 5 performances so far.

QPR look poor, devoid of creativity and despite signing two very good signings I can't see the midfield controlling many games. The defence afforded us far too many chances as well which must be concerning for them, they need McClaren gone to give them any hope of survival.

QPR goal was a clear a foul as you'll see, two handed push in the back when Dunkley was in mid air and about to head clear.

It's come out that the linesmen and fourth official made it clear to the referee it was a free kick and the referee himself had a perfect view and deliberately gave the wrong decision, sorry but when officials do that it should be a sackable offence because they're a disgrace to the sport. First time in over 60 matches that Cook has ever criticised an official it was that bad.

Picture someone put on twitter. Just look a the refs view. Bring in VAR ASAP.

5 shots on target to their three doesn't seem that much of a battering though?

It wasn't a battering but we were in control for the majority of the match. You want to see the replays of some of our missed off target shots! Powell and Dunkley from less than 8 yards out with the goal at their mercy and missing the target. We had 6 shots blocked as well to be fair. Just didn't have our shooting boots on.

Blown away by a fitter, technically superior side. I don't want to make excuses pertaining to the lack of midweek game for Sheffield United, but we simply didn't turn up. Annoyingly, United were one of the best sides I've seen come here in the past few years.

I think this was the reality check Parkinson and some of our fans needed. Aimless hoof isn't going to beat everyone, especially not a side that played like devils possessed. We've ridden our luck big time over the first few games, and it ran out here. We won't be challenging for the playoffs, and plenty of sides are going to give out thumpings to us this season: we just need to beat enough of the weaker sides to keep out of the bottom three.

Really pleasing win against a decent Brentford side, but they really missed two key players (Maupay and Woods). Neat and tidy team but lacking real quality upfront with Maupay.

We played some nice football too and looked solid at the back with Raya yet again making a couple of excellent saves. Nice to see Palmer off the mark in the league - he had to set up with Dack, Armstrong and Samuel all missing with injury. Mowbray got the tactics spot on - we pressed Brentford not letting them have any time on the ball and Bennett showed amazing fitness levels playing just behind the striker and covering all 4 defenders when they were in possession. Cory Evans is also having a fantastic season showing his best form since he joined us.

You can't beat a 1-0 win especially against a side who will be in and around the same position as us come the end of the season.
