  1. Those rumours aren't true. That was in London. According to The Athletic, the club allowed him to go to France on Wednesday to pick up his mother and come back on the same day. He came back on the next day. From what I understand, he didn't miss any training etc. There was other stuff about PCR tests as well. The reaction from the club is harsh in my opinion and unnecessarily creates drama. Most clubs underplay things to make sure it doesn't create much damage, ours does the opposite... Looking at how the club treated players that they wanted out in the past under this new management structure, I do think the fact he's on big wages and the fact they want to stop that being the case is a driving factor in this situation. Arteta also is a bit of a military minded manager when it comes to how he treats the players. Falls out with players regularly.

  2. Cruz and DeSantis both went to Harvard for law - they're very smart people with a very strong understanding of the rule of law that they're trying to subvert to grasp for power. It's hard to believe, but sadly true, that a lot of people just don't care about anything political (even when it impacts them) and a lot of issues that would benefit most people have been put behind social issues that are really divisive - they're sort of like distraction political issues to stop people from wanting to change the status quo.

  3. Meadows has been charged with contempt of congress as well. The people that need to be getting this news though won't be - they'll be watching Fox News as these same people who were texting Meadows will now pretend this is a political witchhunt. And it'll be effectively suppressed to half the US.

  4. Shits begining to hit the fan with the Jan 6th committee and documents being turned over. Mark Meadows (the former fascists leaders chief of staff) turned over a whole wack of documents and refused to show up in person (hes being subpoena'd sidebar) Stuff is trickling out about what he did turn in anyways and its staggering. Not surprising but its proving what we all knowl; on record by text run down the list of Fox News fuckheads that where messaging Meadows (as he has trumps ear and is around him... one of the most) pleading and begging for him to speak/stop the attack and asking for all kinds of things. Real shocking that they are all hippocrits I know, Ingraham and Hannity where two standouts. Maybe even more insane is they found a power point presentation of step by step instructions in detail of how they where going to steal the election. The word was they where spreading this to members of congress first as that was the first instruction. Anyways this is fascinating to follow and is only the tip of the iceberg.

  5. It was stupid and one of the main reasons I can't take the wrestlers in The Elite seriously. Weren't they dressed up for the release of Space Jam as well? It's normal for them to act clownish.

  6. I imagine the issue the club has is that it isn't the first time he's breached an agreed protocol. You can't have your Captain comitting multiple disciplinary breaches.

  7. Do what you want and see where it takes you. Remember, if it doesn't work don't lose heart and change your workout. You should change it it now and then anyway as it only takes your body around 10 days to resist and work out your schedule/routine. This might mean simple things like changing reps and sets. Or on cardio machines, if you do intervals on a bike/cross trainer/rowing machine, 20 second flat out and 10 seconds slow. Change the intervals. In some cases it could be a whole revamp change. I think HappyBlue knows more about the weight training side then I do. I'm more into fitness these days myself. HIT/interval type cardio.

  8. Home Leeds Utd PL Played ok but the win can only be described as lucky. I sat in the ground marveling at the way Leeds set up and at the shift their players put in. They deserved at least a draw, but you have to feel for their fans for the two bonehead fouls that lead to penalty's. It was championship defending and destroyed what should have been an excellent day for them. What can we say about our lot which hasn't already been noted of late? Has the managers fav system been sussed or is it the lack of personnel in key positions which is allowing opposition teams to handle us more easily? This is where we go over what we have already suggested . The lack of Kante and Kovacic means we do not regain possession during games as much and our back three are exposed far more often to breakaways by teams set up that way. To be fair to the manager he pretty much said as much without mentioning names. I do like his honesty, but not his substitutions. The removal of Werner for Callum almost cost us the game. It was his weakness defending the ball which lead to their possession which gave them the 2nd goal. What pissed me more was his half hearted effort to try n win the ball back. He is going backwards while Gallagher continues to see his stock rise at Palace. Credit to Jorginho for keeping his nerve. I am still to find a Chelsea fan who states they were 100% sure he would either spot kick. Still he did it so huge slap on the back to him. Back to London Thursday, look forward to catching up with you all then.

  9. I think they should win the tag titles first. Have a run, split them up, then maybe a gimmick change.

  11. Also, I think I'm starting to hate Steam now. Just bought 7 games (all old admittedly) for just under £15. The sales are absolutely ridiculous.
