  1. Tbf I don't think that's the spaghettis fault

  2. We do a curry with peas but its all vegetarian. It's very very rare you'll see meat with peas in a dish here and when you do you generally ask for water and politely eat a bit and run away.

  4. That's probably because curry is not really a thing in Chinese cuisine outside of British takeaways

  5. How's he a sell out? He's taking western aid but doesn't really have one iota of concern about doing things the west isn't in favour of. He's had to marginally pull back because of the outcry of the use of the IDF to murder western aid workers - which was beyond the pale and unjustifiable regardless of whether Hamas is stealing aid or not (perhaps the strikes on WKC workers should have been directed at Hamas militants that were stealing the aid rather than trying to send a message to aid workers in Gaza). With his popularity at an all time low, all he's really got to cling onto power is to pander to the Ben-Gvir's of his party - and that means fighting a war in a way that the world will find detestable. And that's basically exactly what Hamas is banking on as long as they can stay alive for long enough to wait out the world opinion turning. If public opinion turns too much, that likely means Israel faces aid being cut or having conditions placed on it before receiving aid. Can Israel survive without support from the West when Russia has sided with Israel's enemies in Hamas, Houthis, and Iran? I think it's in Israel's best interests to get Netanyahu out of power ASAP and to start fighting the war in a way that's not going to make Israel and the IDF look like they couldn't give a fuck if every Palestinian dropped dead.

  7. Interesting title race, it's out of City's hands in 3rd place so who ever win's all the games between Liverpool & Arsenal will be Champions in my opinion

  8. Love Thai curry with beef and rice. i sometimes might as well just chuck it straight in the toilet and save some time sitting on the pot and getting the ring of fire but it's still one of my favourite 4 sure

  10. I like both, but I prefer Indian curries. Tagliatelle > spaghetti for most sauces, imo.

  11. I like them both but overall, I'd lean more on the side of a good Indian curry with coconut and a lot of low-end spice vs what we get outside of India which is just cream and hey have we added enough cream yet? It's slowly changing in places but it's nowhere close to what we get at home. Something like this Thai curry is actually really good too, but I err on the side of eating it mostly with seafood as I find chicken to be a bit on the meh side.

  12. Not really confident of much these days. We could either show up and dictate the match or get bent over and fold up into the fetal position and cry The likely setup. Pavlovic and Neuer are a little iffy for fitness so we'll see there. Our #1 cb pairing will be back given the disastrous performance of Upa and Kim on the weekend. No other surprises likely, Gnabrys been in good form in recent weeks since coming back.

  14. All mine came through, with pain, but not had to have any removed. Have had one other tooth removed though - dentist had to break it into 3 pieces as she took it out because it was so rigid/stuck .

  15. After Bochum won 1 point out of their last 6 matches, and were going down from 11th spot to 15th with only being 3 points clear of the relegation play off spot in the course of that streak, this has to be expected. That said I'm not fully convinced Thomas Letsch is responsible for that development. Their performances reflect the squad's quality fairly correct, in my honest opinion.

  17. It differs so much from week to week and referee to referee that it's really hard to determine what is and isn't a yellow or red card these days. I agree with @Devil about 'back in the day' that tackle is fine. In fact, not even back in the day. Even 5/6 years ago you could go into a challenge like that and be totally fine with it because that's the game, that's football. But now, the game has been so watered down that referees are overly-cautious. If referees can't find the consistency or seem to apply what the rules are, how are fans or players or managers meant to feel or respond. What I do know is that if it was Endo doing that tackle on Fernandes, there'd be exactly the same argument from the Man Utd fans wondering if there should be a red...

  18. We have a game against Palace that is still TBA which was rescheduled due to our FA Cup tie with City. So there is one more fixture for Palace

  19. We saw Curtis get one earlier in the season when he gets the ball first then follows through. Which is not any different to what happened with Casemiro and I agree all we really want is some consistency but the laws themselves lead to all kinds of ambiguous behavior you're not going to get that anytime soon.

  20. If we're giving red cards for that then we may as well stop tackling full stop. He was strong in the challenge but he got both the ball and the man. To be honest the likes of Casemiro are the last of a dying breed. Teams like City dominate possession so easily because teams can no longer be physical enough to level the playing field. Mourinho's Inter and Atletico being the last teams to make a success of it that I can think of. I'd take football with aggression back over this tika taka crap any day of the week. The games been too sanitised and as fans we're now looking at decent tackles and over analysing them. I know you haven't said it was a red but the fact that tackle was being discussed in work today just tells you how soft the games gone. That was bog standard back in the day.
