He's not right at all. They might not be ready for first 11 football but they are far from shite. Woodburn at 17 years old is an exceptional talent as is TAA.

If you know, you know.

TAA will follow John Flanagan, Andre Wisdom, Stephen Darby and Jack Robinson as fullbacks that broke through, got a little hype, then dropped away.

Obviously i hope that isn't the case but i wouldn't be surprised if it did happen. We do have a habit of overrating young players. I suppose a lot of clubs fans are like that, so we're not alone but ours probably do it more than most

We definitely do it here as well and some of our lot could rival your worst fan.

If you asked me who was Chelsea's player of the season up until January, I would have said Costa easy. Since then he's been poor and I don't think it's really just down to the China saga either. I said on the other forum after Christmas that my biggest worry with Costa was his form in the second half of the season and whether he can maintain the first half of the season's consistency and momentum, he hasn't done that. He was the exact same when we won the league in 2014/2015, poor in the second half and because he isn't great on the eye (regardless of form) when he isn't scoring he becomes a very frustrating player to watch. Perhaps he's partly a confidence player (maybe) I don't know. His hold up play and technique is the main problem which has probably been well documented by the Chelsea fans on here already but his saving grace perhaps is the fact that regardless of how well he's playing, he's always a big presence and nuisance regardless of form.

Think our winning run comes to an end today. Whether we draw or lose I don't know but no doubt some of the players minds will be tuned in to Wednesday already. Maybe even Shakespeare depending on the squad he puts out.

I hope so, we've been solid at home since the turn of the year but today is definitely a day you can get at our defence.

Yeah you're missing quite a few right?

I just hope Benalouane can handle Lukaku. He's done well so far but this is definitely his toughest challenge.

I can't see the back 4 being anything other than Holgate-Pennington-Jagielka-Baines. It's a worry.

Pennington has looked shaky when players run at him like at Anfield.

So who wins, Everton or Leicester?

I'm going to go for a draw.

I'll be very impressed if we win this. They're flying at home. Can imagine both teams will make changes though. Joke of a game to have on TV.

Schneiderlin returns for us, Barry drops to the bench, Mirallas starts again in the front three and Holgate and Pennington start in a back four as expected. Like the look of that team but expecting to concede.

Blimey. Fair few changes.

Schmeichel

Amartey - Benalouane - Huth - Chilwell

Albrighton - King - Drinkwater - Gray

Slimani - Vardy

Ndidi, Okazaki and Fuchs not even in the 18. Mahrez & Simpson on the bench.

I expect this to backfire truth be told but I've got no complaints with him playing a slightly weakened side with Wednesday's game. It's one of the reasons, along with already going there this season and it being a Sunday TV game, that I've not bothered going today.

Genuinely just seen two disabled Leicester fans having an argument outside my gate, you're supposed to go in at the opposite end mate.

xD

Sounds like I've made a wise decision.

5 more wins

Another great performance after last weekend. Happy with Alonso. Was a bit unfortunate as he's hit the crossbar on multiple occasions so one was bound to get in sooner or later. Hope that 80mill for Costa is still on the table.
