Today you saw a team of good individuals vs a team of decent players trying to be a good team. It’s why Neville can’t work out how United can get battered at points in games and still win it, when you got Fernandes, Rashford and now Cavani up top they’re get out of jail free cards. Regarding our long run and managing to win games. There is a reason we’ve won so many games. Even so we haven’t really created much, chances per game wise. The few chances we’ve had we’ve put away. In a nutshell we’ve been clinical with the few chances per game we created. It’s been enough to win us games and we’ve just held on. It reminds me of Italian sides in the 90s. They used to sit back and chances per game were a premium as it used to be a really defensive league. But the few chances they created they would bag, we’ve been similar to the 90s Italian sides.
