It's the best way to have it, maximum flavour and it's so tender. There is a lot of blood yes but again that's part and parcel of what you're eating.

I haven't eaten a medium or well done steak since I was a child.

Each to their own. Better than shredding your way through a tough slab of cow.

Hope you don't eat the bone dependent on what steak you go with. Some people do and it's disgusting to watch.

Well-done steak is just a ruined steak, it should be a crime... I prefer rare or medium rare myself.

Medium or well-done for me as if i see red i think it's raw and fear catching salmonella, e coli or some shit.

this for me as well. i usually have lamb but had my first beef steak a few months ago. oh my god. sensational.

I had some duck once when in France, cooked on a barbecue. you'd squeeze it a little and red juice would leak out. Tasted absolutely delicious, mind.

how the fuck do you eat the bone

I don't have a clue but I've seen it done. A few weeks back some guy in a restaurant ordered a rib-eye and the plate had nothing on it by the time he'd finished, therefore he must have eaten the bone. I've also seen someone refuse to waste it and struggle their way through with a carving knife.

Hehe,  whole cuts of meat such a steak can only be contaminated with bacteria on the outside, it gets destroyed by cooking so rare beef is safe even if the middle of the meat is red.

I get it though, I love carpaccio and Mett (spiced raw ground pork), but have to stay away from it in this part of the world because I'm unsure of the hygiene in the kitchen and the freshness of meat, so it can get nasty...

for me, it's this:

The best duck I ever had was roasted duck breast in red wine-raspberry sauce and blue cabbage and orange salad, it was incredible... Nice meat.

My favourite would probably be chicken. Basic but succulent and tasty, especially good when marinated or accompanied with a condiment.

I avoid pork and unless starving wouldn't take it.

Beef and chicken, then sometimes pork (lean cuts are ok, the rest too fat), duck, veal. Rarely eat lamb or turkey, never had rabbit. Wild boar meat is great, but not something you come across every day... I actually like frog meat too haha.

Also love fish and seafood in general.

Pork ribs

Flank

Pork Shoulders

Skirt Steak (thick)

Loin steak

I generally prefer pork over beef.

To be fair, I probably wouldn't risk it if I lived in Argentina either.

I also recommend everyone try a buffalo burger if you get the chance. It's like beef but better
