Subscriber RandoEFC+ Posted August 3, 2017 Subscriber Share Posted August 3, 2017 Can't see Celtic struggling against any of their potential opponents but Liverpool could end up with a tricky tie, especially Hoffenheim and Nice.
Toony
I think they'll both be okay. Celtic's previous game against Rosenberg was probably tougher than their next round will be.
Administrator Stan Posted August 3, 2017 Administrator Share Posted August 3, 2017 Copenhagen shouldn't be underestimated. Great home record in European football.
Subscriber Mel81x+ Posted August 3, 2017 Subscriber Share Posted August 3, 2017 I don't think any of those teams are pushovers and its going to be interesting to see how we fare.

Toony
Had a feeling Liverpool would draw Hoffenheim, not a bad draw in terms of travel but it's certainly one that looks like it has the potential to be a real tough one.
Pep Talk
Not an easy draw for Liverpool that.
Inverted
Hoffenheim are going to be a challenge, but considering they've lost Süle and Rudy, I don't think Liverpool are at much risk.
Administrator Stan Posted August 4, 2017 Administrator Share Posted August 4, 2017 Kramaric to score the winner on a famous night at Anfield. Boom.
Subscriber RandoEFC+ Posted August 4, 2017 Subscriber Share Posted August 4, 2017 Napoli v Nice could be interesting too. About the toughest draw Liverpool could get but they should still get through.
LFCMike
Tricky. Only lost four league games last season and unbeaten v Bayern. Obviously a good side.
IgnisExcubitor
I read somewhere that Hoffenheim lost two very important players. Edit: @Inverted has also mentioned it. Can the Bundesliga fans here tell us how it might affect them.

Both Süle and Rudy were important players but Hoffenheims biggest strength is certainly their coach Julian Nagelsmann. I think they won't be much weaker than last season. Nevertheless Liverpool should be able to kick them out and I sure hope they will do so. Fuck Hoffenheim.
UNORTHODOX
I don't know if him playing in a qualifier will render him ineligible for Barca if the move goes through, I thought that rule only applied from the group stage onwards but I'm not sure. Hopefully we play him just in case.
