Bluewolf
Have to say I am pleased for Everton.. They could have folded and given up after that 10 point deduction but they are showing a good 'fuck them cunts' attitude, at least they are willing to fight their way out of this problem.. Administrator Stan Posted December 10, 2023 Author Administrator Share Posted December 10, 2023 Didn't realise Newcastle's away form was so bad. Only 5 points on the road all season I think the commentators said earlier.
Administrator Stan Posted December 10, 2023 Author Administrator Share Posted December 10, 2023 2-0. Son assist again, this time for Richarlison. Newcastle have been horrid.
Redcanuck
Trippier is having a bad patch right now. Might need a rest, but Newcastle are short at the back at this time. Everton last game and Spurs today seem to be targeting him is that new?
OrangeKhrush
After Milan it will be back to 1 game a week which is probably the best thing. We have created two very good openings when we have had the quality on the ball but everything else has been slow and sloppy.

Danny
How on earth did Cooper keep Brennan Johnson out of the starting eleven so often at Forest. He’s been great today, nearly scored a worldy. We got so close to signing him too, what could have been!

Inverted
I was really thinking that Trippier might have been dropped for at least a game. Seems like one of those spells where you're just just making too mistakes to play yourself out of. Not that he's really done all that wrong today, but you wouldn't think that being left out to get skinned by Son repeatedly is going to do much for his confidence. OrangeKhrush
i was thinking we should have played Hall at LB moved Tino to RB though right now the only solution is less games.
Lucas
Spurs were great although Newcastle were miles off it. But how the hell did Romero escape a straight Red for that challenge? I felt sure when it went to VAR that was a sending off and they never thought it was. You look at what happened to Palace with Ayew yesterday and then you look at Romero crunching Wilson's ankle like that and it just doesn't make any sense. Honestly, they are useless bags of shit, the lot of them. Hodgson's rant about the officials yesterday was spot on.
Subscriber RandoEFC+ Posted December 10, 2023 Subscriber Share Posted December 10, 2023 You couldn't write it could you? Everton would have started the day above Chelsea and their literal billion pound squad in the table if they hadn't been docked 10 points for overspending by £20m over a three year period. Everton then proceed to beat Chelsea 2-0 with 38 year old free transfer Ashley Young, loanee Jack Harrison and returning loanee Jarrad Branthwaite who initially signed for £500k the only reinforcements that have been added to the team that finished 17th last season. And Poch wants *more money* to find a solution. Jesus wept . Try some coaching mate.
