True Blue
Some of the main characters to die and Thanos to be defeated. I wasn't very pleased with the last one, so i am not getting my hopes high.

Don't worry. They don't go overboard. Overall it was a fitting ending to this saga or whatever you wanna call it. Didn't like it as much as infinity war, but it's still very good. 8/
Danny
Best not to open the spoiler tags if you've not seen it... Thought the film as a whole was better than Infinity War but the ending in that was a surprise whereas this ended up being quite predictable. Still a good film though and a great way to end what's been a fairly enthralling set of films. Thought they used Captain Marvel well because if she had been in it from start to finish they'd of only needed about 15 minutes to wrap the film up. Nice touch too with the main women of the current films coming together around her in the main battle. I wasn't sold on the first half of the film when watching, but once it picked up it all seemed worth it/good back story for the rest. Also leaves open some good storylines to come. Not sure how I feel with these Disney TV programmes, feel things might get a bit overdone similar with Disney and the last two main Star Wars films. But looking forward to the films thought to be in the pipeline, especially Guardians 3 (Quill and Gamora), The Eternals and Shang-Chi. Overall these last two Avengers films have been so draining, great films but draining because of how big they've become. I'm just looking forward to some great films that surprise with how good they can be, indepth yet lighthearted like Guardians first was, Thor: Ragnorak and Black Panther. Hopefully quite a few years of building up characters that we can get behind in singular storylines with occasional pathcrossing rather than going straight for another big crescendo to replicate what they've done with Infinity War and Endgame because if they try and milk that too soon it'll just get boring

Rick
It's already made 1.2bn in 4 days. My bet it tops Avatar for the highest grossing ever. The more I think about the film the more I like it. I'd say on a repeat viewing that the score would improve a bit, but it will be a long long time before I sit through it again.
True Blue
Even tough they did well in the cinemas, both Infinity War and Endgame were poor. Predictable and there are at least 5 marvel movies that are better than both. Also people who cry in the cinema about the fucking Avengers should do jail time soft cunts. Subscriber CaaC (John)+ Posted April 29, 2019 Subscriber Share Posted April 29, 2019 Avengers: Endgame beats box office records with $1.2bn debut Avengers: Endgame has made box office history by taking a record-breaking $1.2bn (£929m) in global ticket sales in its opening run. The Disney blockbuster has become the fastest film ever to break the $1bn barrier, doing so in just five days. Endgame is the 22nd offering in the Marvel Studios superhero franchise. It's opening takings smashed the previous global debut record of $640m set by last year's Avengers: Infinity War. In the US alone, Endgame, which stars Robert Downey Jr as Iron Man, brought in a record $350m. It also drew huge audiences in China, where it made a record $330.5m after opening there on Wednesday, ahead of North America. "Though Endgame is far from an end for the Marvel Cinematic Universe, these first 22 films constitute a sprawling achievement, and this weekend's monumental success is a testament to the world they've envisioned, the talent involved, and their collective passion, matched by the irrepressible enthusiasm of fans around the world," Walt Disney Studios Chairman Alan Horn said in a statement. The popular Avengers franchise began back in 2008 with Iron Man. Endgame has received positive reviews from critics, with a 96% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-48084977

Subscriber CaaC (John)+ Posted July 21, 2019 Subscriber Share Posted July 21, 2019 ‘Avengers: Endgame’ Passes ‘Avatar’ to Become Biggest Movie in History Rebecca Rubin After “Avatar’s” impressive 10 year reign as box office champion, “Avengers: Endgame” has officially dethroned James Cameron’s sci-fi epic to become the biggest movie of all time. On Saturday, Disney and Marvel’s blockbuster crossed $2.7892 billion at the global box office and will exceed the $500,000 in ticket sales needed to surpass “Avatar’s” $2.7897 billion benchmarks. “Avengers: Endgame” has amassed $853 million at the domestic box office and $1.9 billion internationally. Outside of North America, the superhero had especially strong performances in China ($614 million), the United Kingdom ($114 million), South Korea ($105 million), Brazil ($85 million) and Mexico ($77 million). The ever-determined studio re-released “Avengers: Endgame” in theatres last month in an effort to push the epic finale to ultimate box office glory. And now that Disney inherited the Fox film empire, the studio is home to seven of the top 10 highest-grossing films ever. “A huge congratulations to the Marvel Studios and Walt Disney Studios teams, and thank you to the fans around the world who lifted ‘Avengers: Endgame’ to these historic heights,” Alan Horn, Disney co-chairman and chief creative officer, said in a statement. “Of course, even with the passage of a decade, the impact of James Cameron’s ‘Avatar’ remains as powerful as ever, and the astonishing achievements of both of these films are ongoing proof of the power of movies to move people and bring them together in a shared experience. The talented filmmakers behind these worlds have much more in store, and we look forward to the future of both the Marvel Cinematic Universe and Pandora.” “Avengers: Endgame,” the 22nd entry in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, features an all-star cast including Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man, Chris Evans as Captain America, Brie Larson as Captain Marvel, Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow, Mark Ruffalo as Hulk and Paul Rudd as Ant-Man. https://www.msn.com/en-gb/entertainment/movies/avengers-endgame-passes-avatar-to-become-biggest-movie-in-history/ar-AAECxdT?MSCC=1563701202&ocid=chromentp

Subscriber CaaC (John)+ Posted July 25, 2019 Subscriber Share Posted July 25, 2019 Marvel Boss Kevin Feige Confirms There Will Be A Fifth Avengers Movie Dominic Smithers in ENTERTAINMENT There wasn't a dry eye in the house when the credits started rolling on - what was thought to be - the final instalment of the Avengers series, Endgame, earlier this year. Well, according to the boss of Marvel, it's time to put those hankies away as a fifth movie is already in the works. Yep, speaking at San Diego Comic-Con, the studio exec revealed that the next film will see a host of new characters introduced as the Avengers crew is shaken up. When asked whether he'd thought about how the new team would look, he said: "Yes. It will be a very different team than we've seen before. That's what Endgame was all about. It will be a very different incarnation of the team with some people you've already met and some you haven't met yet." But if you're expecting the next Avengers film any time soon, you'll be sadly disappointed. Feige hinted that fans could have to wait until Phase Five to see the new-look superhero crew. He added: "Well it's what I love about the Marvel comic method of storytelling. That's not anything we invented, I love that things build up, they build to a crescendo, they all get together, they separate, they change. "And now we get to do that, not just in movies but in these mega-event series on Disney Plus, [which] has just invigorated all of us at Marvel Studios to keep going." And with the recent news that Endgame finally surpassed Avatar as the highest-grossing movie of all time, it's not hard to see why they're ploughing ahead with more films. In a statement, Alan Horn, Disney Studios co-chairman and chief creative officer, said the record was a testament to the 'power of movies'. According to The Hollywood Reporter, he said: "A huge congratulations to the Marvel Studios and Walt Disney Studios teams, and thank you to the fans around the world who lifted Avengers: Endgame to these historic heights. "Of course, even with the passage of a decade, the impact of James Cameron's Avatar remains as powerful as ever, and the astonishing achievements of both of these films are ongoing proof of the power of movies to move people and bring them together in a shared experience. Subscriber CaaC (John)+ Posted July 28, 2019 Subscriber Share Posted July 28, 2019 This Deleted Avengers: Endgame Scene Reveals an Important Character Survived the Final Snap Karenna Meredith © Everett Collection This Deleted Avengers: Endgame Scene Reveals an Important Character Survived the Final Snap It's been months since Avengers: Endgame hit theatres, and fans are still pondering a handful of unanswered questions. Is Loki really dead? How did the time heist work? Did Gamora make it out of the final battle alive? Well, thanks to a recently released deleted scene from the film, we finally know she did survive the final snap and was present for one of the saddest moments in MCU history. ICMYI, Thanos sacrificed Gamora to claim the orange Soul Stone for the Infinity Gauntlet in Avengers: Infinity War. In the following film, a 2014 version of herself is convinced to side with the Avengers and fight against her father. However, after Tony Stark's snap, it's unclear whether or not she disappeared with the rest of Thanos's army - until now, that is. In an exclusive clip released by USA Today, fans see the Avengers kneel around Tony Stark following his death. Gamora is the one hero still standing and actually turns to walk away, which makes sense since she is technically the 2014 version of herself. She likely didn't know who Tony was and only observed him eliminating her father, Thanos. Given that there's a Guardians of the Galaxy 3 in the works, we'll hopefully get some answers about Gamora's character arc soon. She likely won't remember Peter Quill, Rocket, Drax, or even Groot, which will make for an interesting storyline. It's reported that production for the movie will begin in February 2021, which would put its release sometime in 2022. https://www.msn.com/en-gb/news/offbeat/this-deleted-avengers-endgame-scene-reveals-an-important-character-survived-the-final-snap/ar-AAEYuJG
