Trump increased the drone campaign in Yemen though? He also had fake peace talks set up so he could blow up another country’s general (which I’m pretty sure is a war crime if you’re not the US). And if he wasn’t so beholden to Erdogan for his hotel, maybe he’d have been able to do something to stop the fighting in Nagorno-Karabakh. Tbh he did US foreign policy pretty “standard” compared to most US presidents, but also managed to piss off every one of his allies, while palling around with dictators. Biden’s probably just going to be an “ordinary” president, which means he’s probably going to be awful for a certain part of the world. But every US president is awful for that part of the world unless you’re the Saudi government or the Israeli government... And I think having a president that can read and understand what he’s read, as well as understanding general concepts of diplomacy, will be more handy for the US & the people in the world that try to deal with the US.

Over the last 12 months I've been in great shape. I've switched from the original insanity and insanity max 30. Sometimes I mix them both up. Reason I do well is pure discipline. I'm really good on the diet side of things. I can easily go without a take out or junk for 2 weeks. I set aside every other Sunday for a touch of junk. I can go 4 weeks but stopped this as it's more difficult and can make you ratty. Am at the stage where when others eat take aways and junk in the same room as me, it doesn't bother me one bit. Also regarding discipline, I never skip a workout and only take a week off after completing the duration of the workout. In previous years I always saw the workouts as being easier but the diet harder to maintain. Being honest it's taken years to build up discipline.

Well the only good thing about Trump was his no war no interference foreign policy. With Biden a typical politician and like his mentor Obama, we'll be seeing shit load of drones bombing around the world.

@Mel81x have you heard of Prateek Kuhad, or perhaps how he suddenly shot to fame thanks to Obama including him on a Spotify Playlist he made? There was an article on BBC about it and it got me listening to his music. Love these.

I didn’t realise Biden’s first wife and child died in a car accident. Irrelevant to his politics but certainly paints a picture of a man who’s suffered some real hardship in his life and persevered, which I think is something anyone can admire.
