@Carnivore Chris I used to get them years ago mate and they’re fucking horrible. Speak to your GP about possibly getting some CBT. I can relate as you genuinely think you’re dying. However, your body has about 10/15mins of pumping adrenaline before it runs down so it will always end. I used to try focusing on a clock and slowing everything down.

Due to the extreme worry lately and anger, it must have started off panic attacks. But it feels like you're dying as the pains in your chest are awful.
