There are 4 PPVS per year, so 4 title matches per year should be huge matches between 2 credible wrestlers, plus maybe 1 or 2 on TV, then maybe 2-3 per year TV title matches that are against a midcarder with a good run behind them. Instead most matches are against a midcarder with no booking behind them at all.
