I think Rodgers should get more credit for the 13/14 season than he does, he definitely has an intelligent mind and he brought a lot of out of those players. Much like this season, Manchester City had a vastly superior squad and on paper should have won at a canter. Rodgers' problem, as I mentioned, is his arrogance, the way he dealt with the Sterling saga was naive and he got it badly wrong, his signings (Sturridge and Coutinho aside) were largely appalling and I think the job was too much for him at his age. He may go on to be a good manager but he really got caught up with the high profile of being Liverpool manager, far be it from me to judge someone's personal life choices but the fact he got teeth whitening done and binned off his wife for a PA at Liverpool suggests a man going through a mid life crisis to me, and you don't want that as your manager.

Love pet rats and mice. They're cute but also extremely intelligent, loyal, sociable, affectionate, and great learners. Trained rats are even used to sniff out landmines here.

Because people read about sewer rats they presume the name rat means that type, any animal wild or whatever you can domesticate them and they will respond, snakes, spiders etc, I have often said to the wife that if a great big elephant or rhino come running towards you then you would run like fuck, the same goes with rats, snakes, spiders etc if they see a great big human being running towards them. If they get cornered then they will defend themselves (bite, sting) the same as a human being (being cornered) with a gun if a rogue elephant is charging towards them then they would have no choice but shoot it.

The daughter's pet rats are coming on good now, she has re-named them Charmander & Rainbow (white one), Rainbow is the friendlier one out of the two and I had her in my hand this morning feeding her a piece of peanut butter sandwich which she loves, the daughter had her running all around her this morning.

This had me in stitches this morning. Had to keep watching the part where he ducks and then rises up. Please tell me it's not just me that found it hilarious. Man, I love dogs!

Nobody should call Manchester United 'united' apart from Manchester United fans, preferably from Manchester. I've heard Newcastle and Leeds fans refer to them as United, it's pathetic. Same goes for Manchester City and 'City'.
