Owing to a nasty run in we've got, I'm calculating we need 12 points from the next 8 games to avoid being pulled into a nightmare must win scenario.

Fulham have Burnley and Sheffield United next. We have Chelsea and Man Utd away. That cushion could go fast.

Bit fortunate Wilson is out.

Will need CHO and Alonso to act as wingers tonight to take full control.

Mendy

Dave---Christensen---Rudgier

CHO-----------Jorginho---Kovacic--------Alonso

Mount

Tammy----Werner

Kepa's performance against Barnsley was a bit overrated really anyway. The big save he made in the first half in a way sort of went straight at him, I mean he did his job and kept the ball out which is the main thing but it wasn't exactly incredible reactions as the opposition player put the ball more or less straight at him, anywhere else on target he scores.

He made a bit of a mess of a cross at the end as well, when Abraham cleared off the line to stop Barnsley equalising.

We don't know how much of it is Tuchel's decision but regardless he really is utilising the squad and making everyone feel involved again, at the moment though it's really difficult to trust Kepa in goal. He doesn't feel you with confidence whatsoever. Hopefully, he can back on the right track.

To be fair the whole team performance was rather underwhelming but the Abraham clearance was just a reminder that Kepa is only one flap away from dropping a bollock at any given moment..

Giroud opens the scoring.

Werner works his way down the wing, crosses and Dubravka palms it right in to Giroud's path.
