Administrator Stan Posted February 14, 2021 Administrator Posted February 14, 2021 Kick-off 20.00 Live on Sky Sports VS Recent Form Chelsea - WWWWD Newcastle - WLWLL Last 3 Meetings 21/11/2020 - Newcastle 0-2 Chelsea 18/01/2020 - Newcastle 1-0 Chelsea 19/10/2019 - Chelsea 1-0 Newcastle
Honey Honey Posted February 15, 2021 Posted February 15, 2021 Tuchel basically said he was interested in the Newcastle job but we appointed Steve McClaren instead is there anything more Ashley era than that.
Cicero Posted February 15, 2021 Posted February 15, 2021 Expecting us to go three at the back. Probably Mount/Giroud/Werner front three again.
The Käiser Posted February 15, 2021 Posted February 15, 2021 Chelsea to bump Liverpool out of top four after this game?
Administrator Stan Posted February 15, 2021 Author Administrator Posted February 15, 2021 Up the Geordies!
Bluewolf Posted February 15, 2021 Posted February 15, 2021 A better performance the last one would be nice... and no toon banana skins thank you
Honey Honey Posted February 15, 2021 Posted February 15, 2021 Owing to a nasty run in we've got, I'm calculating we need 12 points from the next 8 games to avoid being pulled into a nightmare must win scenario. Fulham have Burnley and Sheffield United next. We have Chelsea and Man Utd away. That cushion could go fast.
Rick Posted February 15, 2021 Posted February 15, 2021 Newcastle, it would be nice if you could shit house a win here please. Thanks.
Cicero Posted February 15, 2021 Posted February 15, 2021 Bit fortunate Wilson is out. Will need CHO and Alonso to act as wingers tonight to take full control. Mendy Dave---Christensen---Rudgier CHO-----------Jorginho---Kovacic--------Alonso Mount Tammy----Werner

Bluebird Hewitt Posted February 15, 2021 Posted February 15, 2021 Surprised that Kepa is starting. Didn't think he was favoured at all. At the same time, my mate has Mendy and he'll get no points now, so I'm happy.
Cicero Posted February 15, 2021 Posted February 15, 2021 Baffled by the decision really. As if Tuchel is really blaming Mendy over that Rudiger calamity own goal against Sheffield.
Administrator Stan Posted February 15, 2021 Author Administrator Posted February 15, 2021 Oh fuck off. Thought Mendy was a guaranteed 6 points for FPL minimum
Honey Honey Posted February 15, 2021 Posted February 15, 2021 Gayle in for injured Wilson. A week of everyone demanding Gayle over Joelinton has paid off.
Bluewolf Posted February 15, 2021 Posted February 15, 2021 Tuchel is clearly a risk taker if he is putting Kepa between the sticks...
carefreeluke Posted February 15, 2021 Posted February 15, 2021 Kepa's performance against Barnsley was a bit overrated really anyway. The big save he made in the first half in a way sort of went straight at him, I mean he did his job and kept the ball out which is the main thing but it wasn't exactly incredible reactions as the opposition player put the ball more or less straight at him, anywhere else on target he scores. He made a bit of a mess of a cross at the end as well, when Abraham cleared off the line to stop Barnsley equalising. We don't know how much of it is Tuchel's decision but regardless he really is utilising the squad and making everyone feel involved again, at the moment though it's really difficult to trust Kepa in goal. He doesn't feel you with confidence whatsoever. Hopefully, he can back on the right track.

To be fair the whole team performance was rather underwhelming but the Abraham clearance was just a reminder that Kepa is only one flap away from dropping a bollock at any given moment..
Cicero Posted February 15, 2021 Posted February 15, 2021 Tammy on queue making a mockery of a free header.
Devil Posted February 15, 2021 Posted February 15, 2021 Thanks Tuchel, had Mendy in net in my fantasy team!!!!
Spike Posted February 15, 2021 Posted February 15, 2021 Has any team been as consistently shit to watch as Newcastle?
Administrator Stan Posted February 15, 2021 Author Administrator Posted February 15, 2021 Just now, Spike said: Has any team been as consistently shit to watch as Newcastle? Wolves recently.
Administrator Stan Posted February 15, 2021 Author Administrator Posted February 15, 2021 Giroud opens the scoring. Werner works his way down the wing, crosses and Dubravka palms it right in to Giroud's path.
