I'm pretty sure there is, @Tommy did a Dusseldorf Cooking podcast and uploaded the audio straight onto here if I remember rightly, he should be able to point you in the right direction. Public audio sharing service, high availability. Its probably why IPB hasn't bothered with a sound plugin since so many free services exist to do the same.
