Whiskey Posted June 26, 2021 Posted June 26, 2021 Funny how when someone makes a mistake they are called out on it, but when it's a Liverpool player (such as now) it's bad defending from "Wales" .
Subscriber Dan+ Posted June 26, 2021 Subscriber Posted June 26, 2021 Wales have been crap since they went 1-0 down. Hard to see how they go through now.
carefreeluke Posted June 26, 2021 Posted June 26, 2021 Looked like Wales should have had a free kick in the build-up but can't defend like that at this level. What was Neco Williams doing?

It wasn't just that mistake. Not sure who that's directed at anyway, but even so, he's playing for Wales so it's terrible defending either way.
Eco Posted June 26, 2021 Posted June 26, 2021 Just turned it on, and I'm a bit surprised by the scoreline. Sounds like Wales have been shit?
carefreeluke Posted June 26, 2021 Posted June 26, 2021 Braithwaite seems to be one of those football players where if he wasn't fast, he wouldn't have much else.

Denmark have just been that much better. It was a poor clearance by Williams straight to Dolberg that gifted Denmark their 2nd goal, but there was very little Wales could do about Denmark's 1st goal. There was some excellent passing and movement before Dolberg unleashed a super strike that found the back of the net. Denmark have looked much the better side since they took the lead in the 27th minute.
montybhopa Posted June 26, 2021 Posted June 26, 2021 The 2nd goal should have been disallowed. Danes being helped by officials ever since the Eriksen incident, enough of the sympathy

Eco Posted June 26, 2021 Posted June 26, 2021 1 Dane vs 4 Welsh defenders, and the Dane wins a FK. That's absurd.
Subscriber Mel81x+ Posted June 26, 2021 Subscriber Posted June 26, 2021 Denmark really should have scored there.
Administrator Stan Posted June 26, 2021 Author Administrator Posted June 26, 2021 Wales losing their heads here.
Carnivore Chris Posted June 26, 2021 Posted June 26, 2021 Braithwaite missing an open net sitter? That's not like him @ScoRoss

Administrator Stan Posted June 26, 2021 Author Administrator Posted June 26, 2021 3-0 now. Maehle with so much space.
Moderator Tommy Posted June 26, 2021 Moderator Posted June 26, 2021 Bam! Maehle makes it 3:0. Chuffed for Denmark.
Subscriber Mel81x+ Posted June 26, 2021 Subscriber Posted June 26, 2021 Nevermind they've scored another. Wales defense have been made to look non-existent today.
Eco Posted June 26, 2021 Posted June 26, 2021 During a time when you'd think that Wales would be doing everything to get the ball forward, they still can't create any chances. Danes score again, and put this away rather easily. 3-0
Subscriber Dan+ Posted June 26, 2021 Subscriber Posted June 26, 2021 The bookies always know. Denmark outclassed them.

Administrator Stan Posted June 26, 2021 Author Administrator Posted June 26, 2021 That's not a red. Wales have lost their heads but that's not a sending off.
Subscriber Dan+ Posted June 26, 2021 Subscriber Posted June 26, 2021 That's just corruption. No other explanation.
Moderator Tommy Posted June 26, 2021 Moderator Posted June 26, 2021 Wilson sent off for what looked like a frustration fueled foul. Bit harsh though.
