I know I haven't been a member of the forum for long nor have I really engaged too much. But yesterday was a very happy day for me as I received my final grades for my degree. I've got a place on a Masters degree with a scholarship too, plus I got a solid first in my dissertation. Absolutely buzzing!

Nice one mate! Congrats. It's an amazing feeling!

Well done buddy, you have been on here long enough and posted enough times to be one of us, at least you didn't join and post a couple of times and then disappear into the wide blue yonder.

Dear Amazon,

I bought a toilet seat because I needed one, Necessity not desire, I don't collect them because I am not a toilet seat addict and no matter how temptingly you keep e-mailing me I won't be thinking to myself, oh fuck it, go on then just one more toilet seat, I'll treat myself...

Thanks! @Stan @Pyfish @CaaC (John) @nudge

I studied History, and I'm not entirely sure what my Masters is in yet. I've got to choose between History, International Relations and Terrorism, International Crime and Global Security. I'm probably going to choose the latter as I'll get to work with my dissertation supervisor again plus it's a unique Masters.

Nice one! Certainly a more interesting degree than my Media Production (TV and Radio) one.

Those all sound great to be honest and certainly something that won't go out of demand or publicity these days. Plenty of stuff to reference to! Good luck.

They all sound good so best of luck, I love History plus when the word security is mentioned it gives me a wee tingle being an ex-army man and doing security work after leaving the army, but at the end of the day it's your choice so go for whatever. ;)

Not a snooker fan anymore nowadays but Thorne was one of the old brigade when the likes of Stephen Hendry, Steve Davis, Hurrican Higgins and others were around at their peak, R.I.P. Willie, they don't make players like you anymore.

Weren't the Hong Kong protest last year?

They are still going on mate, A little more peaceful now though I think so those scenes were probably added in for dramatic effect, lets face it some bloke working from his bedroom was never going to have the budget of Universal Pictures so probably had to improvise a little...

I have marked them down for that poor start to the video.

A for effort but B- for execution.
