Brilliant to watch this end-to-end stuff.

Keepers doing their bit for the game.

Uruguay being deservedly punished for being so negative against South Korea.

And they've taken off their best attacking threats when they desperately need a goal.

And that's Uruguay gone!

Several players targeting the ref. Almost man-handling them.

Gg Uruguay...better team won. Ghana's youthfulness showed in the end.

I'm not going to take solace in Uruguay not getting out of the group...that doesn't matter as much as Ghana not making it out.

That's some angry Uruguayans. Almost hit the ref there too.

Indeed. They'll be in trouble and rightly so.

At 2-0 up Uruguayan coach takes off Suarez and then Nunes and later finds out SK have scored.

I doubt the manager will keep his job after that.

He'll hand in his resignation before they leave the stadium imo.

You could well be right.

What did you think of the Cavani late penalty incident?

I thought he played for it, Dion Dublin thinks a penalty.

It was far too presumptuous of Uruguay's manager to take off their attackers when South Korea had every chance. Portugal had nothing to play for. There is such an advantage to sides who get to play the pot one side in their third game.

Uruguayans are a dirty breed (well, some). They seem to not know where to draw the line.

Having said that, I hope the ugly ratface is still shedding tears on the way back home...
