MUFC Posted June 2, 2024 Posted June 2, 2024 Am 45 and luckily still have a full set. But the second to far left is slightly hollow. Quote
Moderator CaaC (John) Posted June 2, 2024 Moderator Posted June 2, 2024 I tried to do a quick count and still have 6 left but I have my 2 sets of falsies (teeth that is) or old faithful's as I call them. 1 Quote
Spike Posted June 2, 2024 Posted June 2, 2024 Depends what you mean. I have one tooth that’s just plain gone and a bunch of crowns. Quote
Subscriber Mel81x+ Posted June 3, 2024 Subscriber Posted June 3, 2024 Yep full set here and no problems ... yet. Quote
Administrator Stan Posted June 3, 2024 Administrator Posted June 3, 2024 Nope. Had one tooth removed a while back. It was that or root canal... When the dentist removed it it was so far stuck in she had to break it in 3 pieces just to dislodge it Quote
Gunnersaurus Posted June 19, 2024 Posted June 19, 2024 I have one fake tooth as it had to be taken out after I had a fight. Took 5 years for it to come out though. In the end it got to loose after it got caught on a kfc chicken bone Quote
Devil Posted June 19, 2024 Posted June 19, 2024 Had one of my back teeth break in half to the root a few years back, was absolutely hell on earth pain wise. Had it removed but haven't had it replaced as it isn't visual. Other than that I really look after my teeth and haven't had any other issues. Quote

I know people who've said that tooth ache is worse than when they had broken bones. Quote
Michael Posted June 24, 2024 Posted June 24, 2024 It's interesting that this question is being asked, because I lost my 1st ever tooth just a couple of months back this year. It fell out when I was eating. I think that it's my own fault though, as there is an energy drink that I got into the habit of drinking regularly and I put it down to that, as to why my tooth got weak and fell out(fractured). My tooth literally broke and fell out, but the root of the tooth is still in place. To be honest, it was a bit of a shock, because only a few years earlier, I went to a dentist and they said that my teeth were in great shape. I've cut down on most things sweet since my tooth fell out and only rarely have a desert. I didn't experience any pain when my tooth fell out and I haven't even been to the dentist after the incident. About 90% of the visible part of the tooth fractured and fell out, with only a tiny bit of the root still visible. But luckily for me, it's a tooth that doesn't show when I smile, so nobody has even really noticed that it's missing. Quote
Subscriber Coma+ Posted June 24, 2024 Subscriber Posted June 24, 2024 I've had one root canal/crown so I'm feeling pretty good about myself rn. Quote
