EvertonGirl Posted April 2, 2017 Posted April 2, 2017 Third time this season he has gone away with Ireland carrying an injury/coming back from an injury and being involved with them, resulting him coming back unavailable to play. Down to both O'Neill and McCarthy. Koeman actually likes McCarthy as a player but him sacrificing his club football for internationals when we pay his wages will be his downfall and will be why he is sold in the summer... Quote
Administrator Stan Posted April 3, 2017 Administrator Posted April 3, 2017 new contract for Tom Davies. Really liked watching him play so far. Like his style of play and commitment, passion to play as well. Quote

HK85 Posted April 24, 2017 Posted April 24, 2017 (edited) U23s just won the league thanks to Liverpool beating City. Rhino is doing a very good job with them. Edited April 24, 2017 by HK85 Quote
Administrator Stan Posted April 24, 2017 Administrator Posted April 24, 2017 Congratulations . If you get any more youngsters coming through that go on to make the first team like Holgate and Davies, you can't go wrong at all. Ironic that it's a Liverpool win that's secured it for you though ! On the other hand, Leicester are battling relegation with Reading and Derby Quote
The Artful Dodger Posted April 24, 2017 Posted April 24, 2017 (edited) Holgate wasn't an Everton product, he was taken from Barnsley like Stones I think. Edited April 24, 2017 by The Artful Dodger Quote

He's taken a bit of stick lately but I like him and he's been playing out or position, he's still very raw but it's to be expected. Looking forward to seeing him develop. Quote
HK85 Posted May 2, 2017 Posted May 2, 2017 Aaron Lennon is in a bad way. Been detained under the Mental Health Act. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/sportsnews/article-4467162/Aaron-Lennon-detained-mental-health-act.html Quote
Administrator Stan Posted May 2, 2017 Administrator Posted May 2, 2017 bad that it's got to this state for him. good that he was found at the time and now under some kind of care as opposed to being found too late. Quote Officers were called to a location in Salford, Greater Manchester, following concerns over his state of mind. Tracksuited Lennon was at the side of a busy thoroughfare close to the M602 motorway and officers believed he was in a precarious situation. Reminds me of the Clarke Carlisle incident where he attempted suicide by walking in front of a lorry. glad police got to Lennon in time before anything serious happened. Quote
Dr. Gonzo Posted May 2, 2017 Posted May 2, 2017 That's sad, I hope he gets all the help he needs. Quote
