This conversation is going the wrong way.

You need to go out with smaller women... I have never met anyone claiming to be that big.

If you can't get a fist in, which for the record, is bollocks, how the hell did you squeeze a child out? C-Section? Immaculate conception? Or did you think I meant anal fisting. If so. You wrong'un!

Do you really want to know.... ? Take it this way I had to have stitches after (every women does). But the epidural is a must, trust me, the pain is bad.

My partner had to be cut to get our daughter out and she was stitched up after. No pain relief. That's what you call hardcore.

Anybody ever half wake, or at least become conscious,  yet can't move?

Usually happen to me during an afternoon nap. Fucking hate it.

Sleep paralysis. I only had it once, after a long trip with no sleep.

What I really hate is the hypnic jerk; that sudden twitch/a sensation of falling when you're about to fall asleep, and then end up waking up again because of it 🙄

Yeah, hate that. Doesn't happen a lot thankfully, but that jerk/spasm when you're half asleep is awful.

...usually happens after whiskey.

Almost like your actual heart stops for a split second and your brain panics and wakes you in a split second.

Best way I can describe it. 😂

Had plenty of the falling ones but not so much in recent years, Had one of those Hypnic Jerks a few days ago, Some say it's sleep depravation that causes it but did read a long while back that it happens if your heart rate drops below a certain point and kind of gives your body a 'jump start' to bring it back up, the shock obviously wakes you up.. true or not it's an interesting theory, The ones that I find frustrating are the ones where you are trying to scream or call out and no matter how hard you try nothing comes out of your mouth..

I tend to find that these days my dreams or nightmares some would say are linked to things I tend to watch that evening on the tv, like if I watch a horror for example I might have a right creepy dream and now I have sussed the connection I might spend and hour or so on Pornhub just before bedtime... just to experiment like..

Hate it, but what I hate the most (probably just me though) is getting the thought "when am I gonna fall asleep". I know when that happens I have a long way before it actually happens xD

Falling in dreams means it could reflect feelings of inadequacy or a sense that your life is out of control.

Instead of porn hub have a read of a bible instead?

I couldn't comment on the first part...  I tend not to overthink things that are out of my control and on the second part although I respect your beliefs I don't share them...

For me it is usually lack of sleep that is related to it; haven't had it in years, but whenever it happened, it was usually under similar circumstances. My favourite theory is it being a remnant of the archaic primate reflex, which basically misinterprets muscle relaxation when you're drifting off to sleep as a signal that the primate is falling out of the tree, and causes the body to jerk in order to wake the primate up :4_joy:

Reject humanity, return to monke! xD

That explanation does make a lot of sense though.

Flying was always a big dream with me as a young child, nine times out of ten it involved me trying to fly away from being abducted down an alleyway near where I lived.

Used to hate walking down it on my own and would often sprint it due to my dream.

I had a funny one last night. The wife and I joined a fairly large queue at a bus stop, or so we thought. The actual bus stop was about 50 yards away on the other side of the road and when the bus arrived we started passing the others who were queuing but they still managed to board the bus before us. Funny thing was all the others were dressed like you would imagine a 1930's or 40's miner going to their work. It was standing room only on the bus and we didn't get off. Then I woke up.

Manchester slave traders were always looking out for kids who could fly, could sell them on for a higher premium.

It was always a man that was trying to abduct me as well, grey leather bomber style coat (proper 80's)

I think it was a weird guy that freaked me out at Wythenshawe market when I was kid.
