The move to Germany is pretty much open now. I spent the last week of my vacation in Ravensburg Germany, and had an interview in the Deutsche Post. Not the best job ever, the pay is okay for a start and their representatives were very welcoming. I need to have a work contract in Germany for my work Visa to be accepted in the German Embassy in Sarajevo. So basically got the job and when my Visa interview arrives i would bring the contract and "seal the move". However i will take everything in account the good and the bad before making this decision.6 points

Employers should ‘crack down on laddish sports banter because it excludes women’ Sports banter at work can alienate women and football chat in particular risks becoming a gateway to ‘laddish behaviour’, the head of a major business organisation claimed today. Ann Francke, chief executive of Britain’s Chartered Management Institute (CMI) told BBC radio: ‘It’s very easy for it to escalate from VAR talk and chat to slapping each other on the back and talking about their conquests at the weekend.’ Francke said she was not calling for a ban on sports banter in the office or shop floor but felt there needed to be greater awareness and sensitivity towards female staff who might be excluded. She said managers had to do more to be inclusive and ensure everyone in the team felt comfortable. Ms Francke added: ‘A lot of women, in particular, feel left out. ‘They don’t follow those sports and they don’t like either being forced to talk about them or not being included.’ However, her comments have received a strong backlash. https://metro.co.uk/2020/01/27/employers-crack-laddish-sports-banter-excludes-women-12133418/3 points

There is a line in Football as a fan. And you don't need VAR to see that's well over.1 point

Because of you I started watching random scenes on Youtube again just now. The show would never have been what it is without Michael Giacchino. The music is phenomenal. Anyway, so far only Bavaria. So it's all good here.1 point

I think the game was still running in the background (didn't exit properly for some reason). Apparently it's some sort of a bug that happens every once in a while!1 point

You need to sign up to the site to be able to purchase and download it into your library (just an email address and password needed; no other personal details). You don't need to download anything else to run the games though and the games are also DRM free!1 point

Yeah it's those (the N95/P95s) - those are most of what I saw being sold (not worn, though) in China for people who wanted pollution masks - I edited my post you quoted also because I figured I could google it. The two people I did see with masks though had shite like the second picture. I imagine it's pretty disgusting being in Beijing or Shanghai (or anywhere where you get weird weather-like pollution) when the pollution rolls in.1 point

Too bad they don't realise that those cheap surgical masks do not protect them from the pollution anyway... neither do they protect them from viruses for that matter haha. Pretty much useless.1 point

Indian footballer Gourav Mukhi - discovered to be aged 28 - suspended for six months after pretending to be 16-year-old Nathan Salt For Mailonline 11 hrs ago © Daily Mail Indian footballer Gourav Mukhi Gourav Mukhi looked to have made history in the Indian Super League when he became their youngest goal scorer in October at the age of 16. But the player has now been suspended for six months having been exposed as a fraud after it emerged he is actually 28 and not a teenager as listed on league documents. The historical goal came when the Jamshedpur FC striker netted a crucial equalizer in a 2-2 draw with Bengaluru FC. 'The AIFF Disciplinary Committee also observed that the existing registration of Gourav Mukhi, both in the Central Registration System (CRS) as well as the Competition Management System (CMS) shall stand canceled and revoked with immediate effect, with liberty upon the player/his appropriate club, to submit original valid appropriate documents for fresh registration under CRS and CMS.' This is not the first time Mukhi has been caught out for giving out false information over his age. Back in 2015, he was pulled up in an India U16 National Camp in for being too old to take part. https://www.msn.com/en-gb/sport/football/indian-footballer-gourav-mukhi-discovered-to-be-aged-28-suspended-for-six-months-after-pretending-to-be-16-year-old/ar-BBRcjW2?ocid=chromentp1 point
