Yesterday I woke up, opened my window, and there was a single yellow balloon floating next to a storm drain opening in the gutter. Spooky Today, after my housemate left for work, he came back in about 45 minutes later, he said hi to me, I said hi to him, he walked past the lounge room and into his room. After finishing my assessment I walked over to ask why he'd come back from work and he wasn't there. I messaged him and he was at work, he had never come home! WTF I just had a shower and I got scalded because the cold water went off. I assumed my housemate had returned and was using the kitchen cold water. Odd that's he'd be home 9pm. NOPE HES NOT HERE MY APPARTMENT IS HAUNTED GOD DAMN!! No I'm not having plumbing issues either and that shit never happens.

Our hot water tank is in the laundry, which is in a separate part of the building, across the landing from our front door. In Australia we use natural gas water heaters anyway. Hydrocarbon family's, propane I believe. Which gives off CO2 when burned not CO

She is harmless Buddy, you have to take care of her though, in her glass tank, the daughter has a fan to make sure she has the right temperature and Geckos are loners and like to be by themselves, Buddy knows when the daughter is around and if she wants out for a wee stroke or cuddles, the daughter feeds her with live flying insects she gets at the pet shop in a glass jar, the daughter will let them loose in her enclosure flying around where Buddy will catch them for food, this keeps her alert and fit.
