Think I've only ever cooked with olive oil. I thought that's what everyone uses

I saw a weasel the other day trying to kill rabbits. It was on the other side of the canal(in the countryside), I tried to get some snaps but it was too fast jumping about trying to grab rabbits. They are quick little bastards. It's great seeing weasels or stoats as they aren't an animal you see everyday. You've got to love them and their hunting abilities.

In rough order of best to least best 1 Rashica 2. Toprak 3. Augustinson 4. Egg boi (inconsistent however) 5. Pavlenka(inconsistent) 6. Friedl Bittencourt is too inconsistent to make the list, as is Sargent(if the lad could finish he'd be dangerous however) Fullkrug and Selke need to get fit and motivated, but I can see either of them coming good, or staying shite. Coin flip. Mohwald was free, so I consider him a good pick up. But not one of our best 6. I have nothing against Gebre, but he's old and slow and it's giving me Fritz flashbacks. We DESPERATLEY need a consistent and good CM. The clubs existence in the top flight depends on it IMO. I'd give a testicle to have prime Junuzovic in this team. The defensive organization is decent. We just need a hard worker who can more consistently bring our forward line into the game and retain the ball better.

I would just like to point out as is my scientific responsibility that this guys nutritional advice is not in line with the general scientific community, and not what is being taught at tertiary levels in universities. Cereals and breads are beneficial, and recommended to make up a large portion of your diet. Most of the other things he touches on are discretionary, things you should eat in small doses or only occasionally. Eating the odd donut won't harm you. As for artificial sweeteners, the cunt is outright irresponsible, claiming they're neurotoxic and no they don't increase risk of cancer in the quantities humans consume them in.

I mostly use extra virgin olive oil for cooking, but with some food I cook with grapeseed oil (it has a higher smoke point, which can be useful if you've got to cook at higher temperatures).

The taste, the aroma, and the very fact that it doesn't feel as greasy and sticky as other oils. Love it... Growing up, family couldn't afford it. I started using olive oil when I started cooking for myself years ago.

Yep, beef & mushrooms ..good choice because 99% of other cooking oils are pure poison lol ..it taste so much better too doesn't it

Beef with mushrooms? Looks good... I use only olive oil as well, makes a massive difference, imo. Would never go back to cooking with something else.

Some of my recent meals this week, all made with olive oil or grilled and a splash of apple cider vinegar and plenty of real salt!

99.9% sure it was a troll/fake account based on the info we found. Claimed to be in Luton although the Virgin Media node (not something you can fake) that their connection was coming from wasn't in Luton and the other side of London. Always connecting to the forum on America/South African IP addresses. Profile picture looked like it might have been him/her but was taken from the internet. Derailing threads with needless shite.
