Expected a higher transfer fee. And also a better club. But his contract expires next year, so yeah... I like Kalajdzic and hope he does well, but I think he'll struggle in the Premier League.2 points

A CL quarter-final and two campaigns in Europe not count? We've literally never qualified for Europe through the league before and we did it 3 times in 4 years. Underperformed against what? Look at what we've had to compete against. Its impossible to keep up.1 point

No surprise really. Chequebook Pep will always have an advantage due to signing absolutely whoever he wants. Not fit to lase Klopps boots.1 point

A miracle for us to beat Newcastle at Anfield? We've lost about 3 league games in 2 years and now it takes a miracle to beat Newcastle1 point

There's also the stuff about Eddie Kingston apparently punching Sammy Guevara because he didn't like Sammy mentioning his weight, and also some stuff involving Thunder Rosa and Baker/Hayter. Conveniently they're all in feuds with each other already...1 point

More money to waste on non-reusable launch system and poor political decisions? No thanks I'd rather get into a joint venture with Musk.1 point

I asked my good mate last night who supports same cunty team as you after many beers were flowing and he’s like ….. “you always ask me he was on loan for a year get over it” what a cunt, he’s a Blackburn legend . However I was impressed with the quick fire insult . In all seriousness though, it’s good to see, from an England perspective I forget he’s so young still. Very talented player. I can see him sat in the middle passing his way through plenty of teams for you and England for years to come.1 point

They re-chilled the lines and the fueling is continuing, currently the team has been given the go ahead for fueling the upper stage. So hopefully the hydrogen leak was not serious or just false alarm1 point

I have mentioned before, take the captain's armband off him and see what happens, not having that responsibility on his square head he might play ok but saying all that I would rather we keep who we have in defence and maybe play Maguire in low-key matches. As for Ronaldo, I could not give 2 shits about him anymore if he plays or not, he has been acting like a spoilt little brat if what I have been reading is right or not.1 point

On the whole I agree, it doesn't realllllly deserve the 8 I give it, but it scratches those particular itches I have already expanded on, which makes me forgive its failings more (like the underwhelming ending sequence)1 point

There may be a sort of homecoming sooner than expected. My wife is worried for me and she thinks I will never really ‘reengage’ back into life, she has made comments about how I seem to be on ‘autopilot’, and that going home is really the only solution. As soon as December maybe but what gets me is we aren’t really making progress on having a kid when I’m far away.1 point

Why does it matter how long they are, you will be asleep after about 20 minutes of watching and that flight should just go by in no time...1 point

Agreed... It's ok but it lacks that intensity, still trying to get my head around Matt Smith trying a more serious role.. Fair play he obviously wanted the challenge but it's a strange fit for me... Just throw in a few dragons here and there hoping the rest may go unnoticed..1 point

It’s distinctly average, underwhelming dialogue/storyline that they’re trying to hold together with big drama scenes and less than subtle social observations. Meh, will keep watching, hopefully it gets better1 point

He's been great so far, tbh I think he's been our best performer so far (granted, it's early days and we've had a few bad performances before this 9-0). He's started every match so far, I don't know if that will be the case once Thiago is back tbh - but if he keeps performing well, it's possible. I certainly think he's not far away from being a permanent starter if he keeps developing. No idea how far he is from an England cap - I don't know how Southgate views midfielders like him tbh. I don't think he will want to break away from central midfield of Rice & Phillips though... so if he does make it into the England squad, I don't think he'd regularly play in the centre where Klopp likes playing him. Idk if he played as a central midfielder or a winger for you though.1 point

Sitting with the wife last night reminiscing years ago when we first met when I was in the army military hospital in Germany and she remembers the bit I told her about catching a guy out with a prank, she had a good laugh about it, again. It happened to be that they admitted a guy in who had put his fist through a window over a girl and ripped his hand apart which needed stitching and that was about it but he was an attention seeker, always crying and wanting a nurse to either console him or if he wanted a pee and needed a pee bottle. The thing was he could have easily got out of his bed and went himself but NO, he wanted a nurse to hold his willie while he had a pee (look at the spoiler for the bottle we used in those days made out of hard cardboard). Me and the other guys in our ward go pissed off with his crying and moaning and keeping us awake so I decided to act one night, I was in bed recovering from a fractured skull, broken jaw, and a broken arm and leg, etc, he was fast asleep so I crawled out of my bed towards his bed and got his pee bottle sitting on the side of the bed and then I stuck big pin holes in the bottle all over and crawled back to bed. Sure enough, he woke up crying and calling for a nurse he wanted a pee, sure enough, the nurse came, held the bottle on his willie and he started to have a pee then there was mayhem as the nurse and he was yelling as pee was squirting all over the place, it was like watching a water fountain, I slept well that night.1 point

Official now: it's been scrubbed for today Next attempt on Friday, if they resolve the issue with the Engine 3 bleed. Launch window is supposed to open again on September 2, Friday, 16:48 GMT.0 points

Good news: the crack apears to be just a crack in the thermal protection system foam (insulation), and not in the actual structure, so it shouldn't be an issue for launch. Not-so-good news: the countdown is now on hold for over 10 minutes at T-40 minutes, as the LH team discuss the Engine 3 issue with the launch director.0 points

Working on a potential crack in the intertank and an issue with one of the engines I'll be very surprised if it flies today.0 points
