@Stan because I see him act out his duties way more than the others. Possibly due to the areas I post in though. 

He can improve on his banter and seriousness around issues such as Brian but his heart is always in the right place.

@Stan for me.

All are on the right side of me in truth (I didn't realise so many were staff these days ) but whenever it has kicked off over the course of the year, in my eyes Stan is the one that others like to seem to try and get a rise out of or 'rattle', and he's dealt with it well.
