Liverpool in for Leicester's Gray in today's bollocks.

not quite sure it's bollocks.

Gray can be quite cryptic with his social media posts - mainly outlining his frustration at not being played or waiting for playing time.

He also seems to train on his own at half-time. yesterday a few of the lads - Wasilewski, Okazaki, Amartey, even Musa - were playing keepy-uppy, having a good time, enjoying themselves. Meanwhile Gray is passing the ball with a coach and looking totally uninterested doing so.

I think he'll be going. Was discussing with my brother as well there's likely to be an exodus of some sort, maybe 6 or 7 players leaving. Mahrez, Kasper, Gray, possibly Drinkwater, Ulloa, Kapustka and of course Schmeichel.

Big turnover in players this summer I think.

Well obviously Klopp is a better judge of a player than I am. But I'll be absolutely astounded if we go in for a player that can't get a game for Leicester and who has such a poor attitude that you describe.

Im not saying Gray hasn't got potential but without sounding pompous, I'd be hoping we've set our standards of recruitment this summer a little higher.

having said what I said above, he changed his tune in his latest Insta post xD. Admits it's been tricky but is looking forward to next season with us...

I agree with you on the bold bit though. You can and should be targeting better players. What's your quota like for homegrown players for European football? Not that I think you'll struggle with that but if you are, maybe Gray will be bought for that purpose. Just speculation from me on that point. I'd love to see him flourish here and get a chance to realise his potential with us in the Premier League. We only bought him for £4m as well so a bargain in today's market. Even if he does move to Liverpool, I can see him having same frustrations as he does now cos he probably won't get much game time there. European football can be a big magnet though.

We should be ok with our English quota I think. Clyne, Milner, Henderson, Lallana & Sturridge from the first 11 is almost enough in itself and according to most of our reliable journalists you can add Ox to that as well.

If the rumours are true I can only imagine Klopp and his recruitment team have seen something in Gray that they like and can develop.

I don't know if it's been mentioned because I've just got in, but the latest is that it seems that Atlético Madrid's young French international Antoine Griezmann is heading to Manchester United.  He himself in an interview has allegedly said the is a chance he is going there.

Ewww. I hope not almost for all parties involved.

He said his chances of going to United were 6/10 but his chances of staying at Atleti were 7/10. Lacazette also cited Griezmann as a reason he was excited to sign for Atleti.

I'd put money on Griezmann staying put if I were a gambling man.

Or maybe waiting to see if United make it to the CL or not? Another 200 million for Mourinho and he might just finish 5th next season. #Progression

Good news for Everton, apparently it's been rumored a fee has been agreed for Sigurdsson. Deffo upgrade on Barkley

That pointing system he's just invented is the most ridiculous thing I've ever read to be honest.  In my opinion it's a tool to press for a better deal wherever it may be.

Well whether or not Antoine Griezmann is going to Manchester United, it's starting to look more and more likely he may be leaving...  Strikers are leaving!  Lacazette has been signed or so it seems and today Sandro Ramírez' agent has seen entering the offices at Atlético Madrid.  The player still belongs to FC Barcelona and was on loan to Málaga CF.  He's had a fantastic season and it was only time before a big club came in for him.  Questions should be asked of the Barça technical team on why so much money was spent on Paco Alcácer when they already had a young home made player at home to do the job Alcácer was given.

Don't think that's true Balon - he signed a three year deal with Malaga last year with a low release clause

You're right...  Checked it out a few minutes ago and Barça have a first option to buy which they don't seem to be activating.  All the same my criticism in my post is where I was going.  Many rate him higher than Morata in the media.

Yeah, you and Madrid in particular often put these buy backs/first options in sale contracts - sensible really.

Don't think he was happy being a bit part player though - may not have had much choice in selling him. When MSN are in front of you must be hard to ever imagine getting enough football.

So what was Paco Alcácer thinking mate?

Valencia idol, one of the reference strikers in La Liga and a Spain international.  A bigger name than Sandro Ramírez at the moment the change happened with one going to Málaga and the other from Valencia to Barcelona.  I said it at the time that I thought it was a stupid move by both Alcácer and Barcelona.

I agree - did seem a strange move, but Valencia have been in turmoil for some time, and the chance to play for Barca, earn more money and get more worldwide recognition must be hard to turn down. Ultimately different players want different things. Will be interesting to see where Sandro goes this summer, if it is indeed Atletico, think he could be really successful there.

It's probably impossible, but I'd love for us to throw a great deal at him and promise him to be a starter (which he would be here without a doubt) to prize him away from the grasp of Atletico.

Apparently both us and Mancity have offers on the table for Alexis, someone i forget who over the weekend was clamining his agent is in Munich at the moment. This could get interesting.

Latest I heard that there are 4 clubs interested. Juventus, Bayern, City, and us.

With Cuadrado completing his move to Juve, I can't see them forking out that amount of money for Alexis. Bayern have been the main ones connected to him although I wouldn't be surprised if he stayed in the Premier League.

Would be a massive failure by our board if he goes to another English club, given what he's stated about how he feels living in London.
