...Dan Posted March 11, 2017 Posted March 11, 2017 Are West Brom done for the season? Lost 2-0 at home to Palace last week, now they're 2-0 down at half time. Happy with their 40 points? I might be speaking a bit too soon, it's only two games, but I'll be keeping an eye on them because I might be able to make money betting against them every weekend.
Administrator Stan Posted March 11, 2017 Administrator Posted March 11, 2017 Controversial goal for Bournemouth. 2-1. Josh King with his second goal of the day.
Administrator Stan Posted March 11, 2017 Administrator Posted March 11, 2017 Hull goal! Did not expect that. N'Diaye with the goal.

Takyon Posted March 11, 2017 Posted March 11, 2017 It's sounded like a very tepid performance but we have to take anything we can get. Hopefully we'll do a better job of holding on than we did against Burnley.
Administrator Stan Posted March 11, 2017 Administrator Posted March 11, 2017 2-0! Niasse gets his and Hull's 2nd. Game over?
Administrator Stan Posted March 11, 2017 Administrator Posted March 11, 2017 Definitely game over at Goodison. 3-0 to Everton. Lukaku against his old club. West Ham's turn to equalise at Bournemouth. Andre Ayew. Desmond.
Cure Posted March 11, 2017 Posted March 11, 2017 Hull looked very close to a third just then. Niasse has been on-form. Nearly got his hat-trick. Swansea need to watch out now. Talking of hat-tricks Andy King has just got one.
Administrator Stan Posted March 11, 2017 Administrator Posted March 11, 2017 Bournemouth get a last-minute winner. Josh King hat-trick. 3-2.
Takyon Posted March 11, 2017 Posted March 11, 2017 Mawson pulls one back for Swansea. We just can't defend set pieces. Set for a nervy finish now.
Administrator Stan Posted March 11, 2017 Administrator Posted March 11, 2017 Mawson pulls one back for Swansea. 2-1. Sigurdsson assist.
Takyon Posted March 11, 2017 Posted March 11, 2017 Finishes 2-1. Massive win, hopefully that'll instill some confidence for the next few games.
The Artful Dodger Posted March 11, 2017 Posted March 11, 2017 Bad news at the Vitality, we need Bournemouth to be dragged into it.

Jakupovic for me but did have Sigurdsson for the assist. Just now, The Artful Dodger said: Bad news at the Vitality, we need Bournemouth to be dragged into it. Same. Would have preferred West Ham to win that one.
Administrator Batard Posted March 11, 2017 Author Administrator Posted March 11, 2017 I didn't see that West Ham bottle job, Jesus
HK85 Posted March 11, 2017 Posted March 11, 2017 Questioned the starting team with Barry and Jagielka coming in but both done well. Possibly would have been a different story if Rondon had played instead of HRK for Jagielka, though. Fairly comfortable in the end despite the opening 30 or so being scrappy. Apart from a few long hits from Chadli we were fine. Barkley continues to step up. Must be given a long term contract soon.
Subscriber RandoEFC+ Posted March 11, 2017 Subscriber Posted March 11, 2017 Good performance all round for us today, routine win, another clean sheet, Lukaku in the goals and Barkley quality again. Happy days.
Subscriber Dan+ Posted March 12, 2017 Subscriber Posted March 12, 2017 West Ham are honestly garbage. I can't work out how they're so far clear of survival.
Honey Honey Posted March 12, 2017 Posted March 12, 2017 Swansea deserved to lose for their away support.
Cocaine Posted March 12, 2017 Posted March 12, 2017 A good, very comfortable win against a side we have struggled with in the past. On the down side, for the first half-an-hour i was thinking 'here we go again, another bore-draw'; they weren't doing much (other than time wasting) but neither were we. That's the impatience in me, but slow starts wind me up no end. Hence relief when we cut the chance and took it well on 39 mins (could the keeper have parried the initial shot anywhere else other than straight in front of Mirallas?) From that point on we totally dominated. Morgan looked happy with his first Everton goal and so he should be! Lukaku's header was so cleanly taken (bad defending?) set up by Ross... ...which leads me to give my opinion on Barkley's game today. That's probably the best performance i've ever seen from him. Tricky as fook, i found myself thinking if i was playing against Everton and the boss said 'right lad, you're on Barkley today, don't let him do anything' then i'd be like 'FFS!'. Seems like he made tight situations just go away (i.e. 3 players round him yet still twists and turns and comes away with the ball) and that performance alone justified the big contract coming his way soon. Man of the match by far for me today. He's certainly had his wobbles in form in the past, but maybe Koeman has his confidence flowing and this is what we have to look forward to?
roversgirl Posted March 12, 2017 Posted March 12, 2017 West Brom on their holidays now they have reached 40 points, typical Tony Pulis
Administrator Stan Posted March 12, 2017 Administrator Posted March 12, 2017 Goal BURNLEY! Too much space down the right for Burnley, crossed in to Barnes and he finishes well. 0-1.
