Pretty common to do, one fits exactly like a match day jersey would on an athlete and the other is a slightly different/looser fit but the same shirt for cheaper.

I had no idea tbh. So the cheaper one is for middle aged fellas with beer bellies then?

Proper match shirts that the players wear are also not sewn, but glued instead. The logos are also glued on instead of sewn on like on replicas.
Rick Posted May 20, 2021 Posted May 20, 2021 It manages to look worse on the players. Absolutely pile of shite.
Subscriber Coma+ Posted May 20, 2021 Subscriber Posted May 20, 2021 BVB home shirt. Don't like the sleeves but it's better than the crap from this season.

That's awful, what the fuck is the orange about? Whoever designs kits for Nike needs shooting

Smiley Culture Posted May 21, 2021 Posted May 21, 2021 Good story behind that shirt, fair play to Hummel for going down that route instead of having some god awful design, ala Nike, that they then claim is inspired by history.

Smiley Culture Posted May 21, 2021 Posted May 21, 2021 Champions League shirt. They should start on -6 for that.

Bayern generally do great shirts too, pretty much always bangers. When I saw the concept I was kinda whelmed but I think this looks sharp
DNA Posted May 21, 2021 Posted May 21, 2021 Nike used to be the absolute business for kits, those simple classics in the early 2000’s, Brazil, United, Arsenal etc; seems that era has passed.

I actually really liked this season’s shirt. Yeah, it was different but yellow and black is such a fantastic cookout combo that it worked.
Administrator Stan Posted May 22, 2021 Author Administrator Posted May 22, 2021 Nike with another howler.
Dave Posted May 22, 2021 Posted May 22, 2021 I quite like the urban vibe with Atletico's kit. That Barcelona kit is horrible though.
Whiskey Posted May 22, 2021 Posted May 22, 2021 Don't think I've seen anything like this from Nike, like it's laughably awful. So, so, so bad from them across the board.
Administrator Stan Posted May 23, 2021 Author Administrator Posted May 23, 2021 I like it although it is a bit Ipswich for my liking. Nowhere near as shit as the Nike shirts though. They're a different level.

Thankfully the sponsor doesn't ruin it, white text compliments the white Adidas lines/collar. Kind of similar to an old kit we had in the 90s
