Poor Spinazolla :( that looked bad. Hamstring? Achilles tendon?

Calf or Achilles I reckon. Feel very sorry for him. One of the players of the tournament.

Lukaku can't connect with the cross right in front of goal, it's not going in for him today.

All too familiar words for @DeadLinesman

Belgium :(

Belgium knocked out at the quarter final stage at the last Euros in 2016 by Wales and again they get knocked out at the quarter final stage by Italy. They just can't seem to get further than the quarter finals at the Euros.

Another great result for Italy, but gutting to see Spinazzola go down. Judging by his reaction, looks to be serious. Will be a huge loss.

I'd say achilles myself.

Italy are really impressive, especially tactically. But Doku from Belgium really impressed me today. Fantastic young player.

Sandro Wagner is a pundit on German TV, and he said he himself tore his achilles tendon a few time in his career, and that injury really reminded him of that. The way Spinazolla moved etc.

He also said one of the players was "fast like a moped" 😂

I've done my achilles and it's excruciating. I'd say it's that or pulled calf. If it was hamstring he'd be clutching that as soon as it goes.

He has my sympathies. To see him in bits on the stretcher wasn't nice to see.
