Can't believe at this stage of the tournament they are asking teams to travel out to Baku, not only is it excessive travel it's unbearable heat for the players.

All suits England doesn't it, we fly to Rome and back and they have to travel twice the distance and play in the heat. This whole tournament has been totally unfair, whoever came up with the idea needs sacking.

Platini was sacked as UEFA president quite a while ago.

Common sense should have prevailed and they should have switched the game to Budapest to allow for another big attendance in a location far more accessible.

It's at the business end now, we don't want to suddenly see crowd and atmosphere's diminishing.

I hate being critical but Hamden and Munich shouldn't have bean allowed to host games, Hamden in particular was a total farce last night.

It looked at most a few thousand.

There's issues with the actual format for this tournament in terms of groups etc, but the format regarding stadiums hosting matches and unnecessary travel has been utterly ludicrous and made it 10x worse.

Hopefully they go back to single country hosting permanently after this, nutty idea to play it everywhere without pandemic - doubling down on it during pandemic is insane. I'd imagine 'the final was at Wembley in 2021 though' will be the convenient excuse used not to award England full hosting rights any time soon. Almost feels like we've been robbed of what would have been are home tournament for the next generation.

I think there was around 10,000 who turned up to Hampden Park, but the maximum allowed was 12,000. But as I said in a previous thread, it's the quarantine rules that restrict the fans from travelling into the country. So the Ukrainian and Swedish fans who went to Hampden Park were the fans from those respective countries that had already been in the UK for a while.

Neither of these sides look great. England should be confident of beating either of these two

Dolberg is one of the best finishers in the world, if you put in a beautiful cross like that, then Dolberg is going to bury it. What a great tournament Dolberg is having so far and he wasn't a starter at the start of these Euros.

The corner that lead to Denmark's 1-0 was never a corner. The 2-0 was nice though. Beautiful assist by Maehle.

Could be another convincing win for the Danes here.

No right to have got out of their group. The format needs looking at for 2024.

Schick took his goal very well, with an accurate finish to the corner. The Czech subs that came on at half-time seem to have made some difference.

Danish RB Mehle is brilliant. Gets forward, scores, can deliver crosses and can defend.

Another day, another Atalanta player showing their talent. Him and Gosens have shown at these Euros why they are one of the best full / wing back pairings anywhere.

Darida comes on for the Czechs in the last 10 minutes or so, his experience and ability is just what they need right now.

Unfair on Czech. First they concede a goal from a corner which should have been a goal kick now they should have got a free kick from the outside the box and given a yellow to the czech player
