Wins the Copa América and Champions Cup with Argentina without playing. Goes into the World Cup as a sub, but Lautaro Martínez is in terrible form, so Álvarez takes his place(he was brilliant in that tournament though) and wins it. Then he wins a treble with City while largely sat on the bench.
