Was watching Luxembourg yesterday, That Gelson Rodrigues looks a player... only 23. Not much bio on him online, was wondering what peoples thoughts are on him, if they know much about him? Future prospect?

Not sure who will play who in some the matches.

Apparently a draw is required to find out who plays against Iceland.

I thought ranking would solve it. But no.  another draw is required

Northern Ireland, Slovakia and Ireland all currently better than us, only thing we can "benefit" from this draw is that they are all similar to play style to us. I just can't see us go further than this, good thing it is a one off game and we are home. Still my our last qualifiers we are so poor mentally that a one off against San Marino would be a struggle.

So the qualifiers will be played in March.

When will be the final draw of the tournament?

The draw for the tournament takes place Saturday 30th November 2019.

The teams who won their Nations League groups already have a play-off place, unless they qualify through their Euro 2020 qualifying group. If the latter is true, it goes to the next team in their group.

It's gonna be a bit like the rugby world cup where the draw is done before qualifying has finished.

Euro 2020: Russia's staging of games under threat after Wada recommends a ban

Russia's staging of games at Euro 2020 could be under threat after a World Anti-Doping Agency (Wada) committee recommended the country be banned from hosting sports events for four years.

Euro 2020: Russia allowed to compete despite a potential four-year ban

Russia will be able to compete at Euro 2020 even if a four-year ban from sporting events comes into effect.

The World Anti-Doping Agency's (Wada) compliance review committee (CRC) recommended Russia be banned from hosting and competing in major international events on Monday.

Russia's Anti-Doping Agency (Rusada) was declared non-compliant over inconsistencies in anti-doping data.

St Petersburg will also remain as a host city at next summer's tournament.

If the ban is upheld by Wada's executive committee at a meeting in Paris on 9 December and backed by the Court of Arbitration should Russia contest it, it would not include the European Championship as Uefa is not defined as a 'major event organisation' in regards to rulings on anti-doping breaches.

Russia's participation in qualification for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar would, however, be under threat.

A statement from football's governing body Fifa on Tuesday read: "We will await the final considerations of the Wada executive committee on this matter until any potential material decision is taken by Fifa."

Russia also faces exclusion from the Olympic and Paralympic summer and winter games in 2020 and 2022, though individual athletes would be cleared to compete if able to demonstrate they are not implicated in any way by the non-compliance.

The International Olympic Committee (IOC) has called for the toughest sanctions to be brought against those responsible for manipulating test data and has described attempts to cover up positive findings as "an insult to the sporting movement worldwide".

Some interesting ties here. Looking at Path D, they clearly want some of the lesser European sides to take part in the Euros.

Three of Scotland's best players are ruled out. Just can't have anything easy.

Hopefully if you get there they will be back for the final.

Serbia have started better than Norway in their match up. Jarstein has just made a superb diving save to prevent a powerful Mitrovic header from going in the net.

Haaland's goal bound header is cleared off the goal line by the Serbian player Maksimovic. Norway were so close to taking the lead there.

McTominay misses a free header from inside the six yard box. Just about everyone must have thought it was in when he got his head to it. Agony. Just agony.

Half time, still 0-0 and Scotland haven't really turned up. Not looking promising.

Zsolt Kalmar scores Hungary's 2nd goal against Bulgaria as his long range free-kick took a slight deflection and ended up in the corner of the net. In truth the shot didn't have that much power and the Bulgarian keeper Illiev should have saved the effort. But Kalmar scores Hungary's 2nd goal adding to Hungary's 1st goal that was scored by Wili Orban.

Bulgaria 0-2 Hungary

Northern Ireland equalise against Bosnia after a long ball was punted upfield by Northern Irish as Nial McGinn capitalised and scored.
