  1. Fuck!!! if that's true it will only leave him with an inch to play with...

  2. I used that link to jump around a bit and it looks like Europe uses the IBAN # system and the US just issues a Routing #, which I do have. I was asked specifically for an IBAN but I don't think the club knew I wasn't in Deutschland.

  3. US banks do not use IBAN standard, so he won't have one.

  4. The blokes a melt. All those titles and he’ll be forever remembered for this. Fantastic stuff.

  5. New Labour bear the most responsibility for the mess our country is in for their acceptance of right-wing economics (which is the root of this all) and consigning true opposition to the dustbin of history. That's why you have a situation where pretty mild social democratic ideas are now thought of as 'extreme'. Why can't people see what's happened, christ it is frustrating. Pointing at Johnson and going he's just a horrible man is no help to anyone.

  6. Like me you clearly have a bad case of it, it really is dependant on the person in my opinion. The days usually started off with me feeling achy but a bit of energy but by midday I was exhausted and lay on the sofa coughing constantly. It got to the point I'd fear coughing as it felt horrific on my lungs and it felt like it hurt my heart. Hopefully you are through the worst of it now but if not get well soon mate, anyone playing this thing down don't know how bad it actually is.

  8. Priti Patel literally said on national television people should ring the police and snitch on their neighbours if they were having gatherings in their back garden and here she is, out to bat for Johnson over this. You couldn't write it.

  9. Said it countless times, how is he still in a job? I’m just surprised there isn’t massive protests about this. If we were French, London would be burnt to the ground. I couldn’t imagine how angry I’d feel had we not continued visiting my Mrs’ Dad in his final months. As a caveat to that, we weren’t even going outside for months on end so we felt safe to see him.

  10. I'd just open a Wise account, if I were you. You can open a Euro account and get an IBAN account number for transactions in Europe.

  11. Done deal. Good stuff. If he see's out this contract will put him at the club for 12 years. Still hearing Gnabry is close to an extension will get done soon and now Neuer as well.

  12. I got 8. The Williams one wrong because I saw 0, 19, 40-something and assumed the bottom answer was even bigger so didn't look at it . I also got the Belgian GP one wrong - they were saying the correct answer was 1, I'm absolutely certain that this is incorrect and they did 2 official racing laps to reach the threshold of a race result? 2 wasn't an option anyway. Whatever. I'm not having the Bottas one was forgettable though. There were only three sprint races and he won the one in Brazil which was only 2 months ago or less. Not that hard to remember .

  13. I got 8. Got the sprint races and Kimi's wins ones wrong.

  14. He's apologised now and called it 'misguided' to go to events on the 17th and 18th after testing positive on the 16th. "Misguided". Cunt.

  15. So he can’t read numbers now? I am hoping we send him home. He’s a lemon.

  17. The Queen does not get involved in politics just gives consent for a new government. Johnson's threat comes from his own side, a lot think he has gone OTT with the virus and now seen he has been judged to be duplicitous with work parties as the self employed were losing their jobs due to lockdowns the political classes were seen to be ignoring, Party also annoyed by N.I increases with inflation higher. Andrew Neill said a couple of years ago that Bojo was a weather vane takes the opinion of whoever has his ear. Now is he forced out or does he twist?

  18. Great moment for Ross Taylor. Gets a wicket in his final test match. Happy for him.

  19. Thats just it, we're talking 50 year old league records. Ill get red in the face talking about the different ways he can score goals; volleys, backheels, anything inside the box, headers, outside the box, penalties, freekicks even he added it he last few years. His holdup play and passing is underrated as well. Hes just so well rounded on top of it all. Ive had the pleasure of watching nearly every Bayern match and see him develop into the player he is, its really been something special.

  20. He really is something special. I don't buy the 'it's only Bundesliga' dullard argument. On the flip side of that, if it was so easy, why has no one else ever done it? He's clearly quite talented - one thing I love the most is he will score any kind of goal. Get the ball in to him in the box and he's ever so reliable to finish a chance. Van Nistelrooy was famed for being the 'fox in the box' kind of striker when he played for Man Utd. Lewandowski is similar style but far ahead on quality. Never generally understood the argument against someone who literally does the job (extremely well at that) of doing the thing that wins games - scoring goals. If he wasn't scoring, to even a fraction of the rate he is doing so now, he'd no doubt be criticised.

  21. Somebody should tell my firm. But yeah, London salaries at magic circle firms are a whole other planet. I think the starting salary for an newly qualified lawyer at my firm is about £36k, which would be plenty for me if I were to be kept on.

  22. I think Boris could be gone this time. The photos of him dressed as a burglar in the back of his vehicle today and the lack of Tories at Parliament was telling. The whole culture of politics has got to change. I know there's many MP's who really care about making a difference but there's far too many who have risen to fruition over the last 15 years with this stereotypical Eton Boys mentality that needs to be eradicated for the sake of public confidence.
