Dear Teacher, Pyfish has now submitted his homework. It was deep in the bottom of his bag screwed up next to his tangled up earphones. He will be more prompt with handing in his work in future. Regards, Pyfish's Guardian4 points

The funds were already allocated for the wall and Biden asked they be reallocated elsewhere, but house republicans refused. Because in the US, congress is in charge of funding of federal agencies that the president oversees. Rather than not spend the money and face a lawsuit from republicans that would likely just further waste taxpayer money, they've just gone ahead with it. It's also a repair of existing portions of the wall... which has existed for years before Trump was ever elected to office. It's one of the things I thought was so strange about the "build the wall" crowd - I live close to the US-Mexico border. There's already a wall. Illegal immigrants still get across. But never mind that, most illegal immigrants to the US come through on plane and just overstay their visas. So perhaps visa enforcement should be more of a priority than building a wall that already exists. The wall and illegal immigration being massive issues to the rest of the country is so funny for so many people who live on the US-Mexico border. There's a billion other problems in the US that are far more serious of an issue. But some dickheads in Ohio and Alabama are just terrified of Mexicans in California and Texas, I guess.2 points

Well, this is my point. They should be showing solidarity with both the Israeli innocent victims and the Palestinian innocent victims, if they want to be consistent. Both Hamas and the Israeli government have committed atrocities. The best solution would be not to fly any of their flags at all, and to get on with implementing a fair and balanced foreign policy.2 points

I just still dont understand how people keep talking about Trump as if hes some deity and isnt currently battling what 4 criminal indictments and something like 90 felony counts? Its just laughable trying to compare him to any past or current US President honestly. Cultism really is fascinating man, its just blind obedience at this point idk. One of the latest to come out of the document handling was Trump was sharing classified sub documents with some Aussie billionaire at MaraLago. The guy then went ahead and shared that with 45 people alledgedly details including locations and which ones where carrying warheads etc etc. The stuff made its way to Aussie government officials as well reportedly.1 point

Well, that's what you get when you dance with the devil. That one Russian investor, Ponomarev, was also involved with our local ice hockey team at some point. He later became an investor at Krefeld's ice hockey team, and well, they're in the 2nd league now.1 point

A reminder there is this third influential party (of lunatics) in this equation who want Jews to control all of Palestine so Jesus can come back and rapture can happen. They have been salivating over an Armageddon in Middle East.1 point

Just thought I'd give a brief assessment of Farke and Leeds as we have played 11 games (about 25% of the season done) and can reflect on things during the International break. I have to say, the signings we've made all look like pretty good business. Ethan Ampadu has been supurb. I'm convinced he'll turn out to be a steal at his price and I can see him winning the Player of the Season award already. Just what we needed losing Tyler Adams. Joel Piroe is still finding his feet in this system with Rutter when the two of them swap but it's a change from what he was used to at Swansea so will take time. 5 goals from 8 games is a good return so far for him. And ultimately, that's what we want from him. Glen Kamara has only had 3 starts but he's looked a very tidy player in two of them. Looks extremely composed and good at breaking the lines. Seems to compliment Ampadu well and I can see him going from strength to strength Joe Rodon is an absolute warhorse at the back. Seems to head everything and loves throwing his body on the line. Been quite impressed with his pace too. Ok, got an unfortunate Red Card the other week at Hull but by and large, he's looked very solid back there and I've been impressed with his partnership with Struijk. Jaidon Anthony's had a few off the bench appearances, but definitely looks lively. Still feeling his way a bit but looks a decent squad player so far. Not really seen anything of Darlow, Spence and Gruev to judge much on yet. Of the existing players we had, I've got to give credit firstly to Georginho Rutter. All that pressure of the price tag he signed for in January and struggling to adapt to the league, he's now had a fresh start here under Farke and he's blossoming into a real threat. Already looks like a key player in our system and whilst his finishing needs major work, his build up play and assisiting is really impressive. Whilst everyone talked about Willy Gnonto pre season (only made four appearances so far due to injury) Crysensio Summerville is like lightening in this league. The fact he's the most fouled player in the division shows how skillful and quick footed he is and he should really have a couple more goals and assists to his name to show for his performances. He's got to be up there as one of the best wingers in this division. And lastly, Archie Gray, 17 years old and taking to his first season like a duck to water. Played predominantly in midfield but shifted to Right Back on Saturday, he has so much poise and composure for someone so young. What I love about him is his willingness to receive the ball and more importantly, playing the right ball. If he continues like this, he's going to the top and we'll be lucky to keep him for a couple years. With Djed Spence and Willy Gnonto to come back who you'd class as 'Starting eleven players', and Bamford as a bench option, we are looking reasonably strong. As predicted, we were always going to have a slow start after only appointing Farke four weeks before the season started, with all the unrest over the takeover, players moving out, others linked elsewhere, injuries and not being able to press ahead and make early signings. The 2nd and 3rd games at Birmingham and home to West Brom may as well have been write offs with what we had available to us to use at the time. It was extremely frustrating given how poor those sides looked. But he stayed composed, he knew it would be a challenge and it would take time. Well, we're starting to see his ideas implemented more and more now in our play and whilst we have lacked some clinicality in a few games, we are showing we're still a big threat. There's been a few games where we've won by a goal but should have put a two or three goal lead between us such was the dominance. Equally, we've had a couple games we dropped silly points again through not being clinical enough. So its been far from perfect. But, when we do get our nose infront in games, we look better for it and the confidence begins to flow. To be 5th with what we had on our plate is better than I anticipated at this stage and we've really yet to click fully. You'd like to think that maybe by the time we get to Christmas in 12 or so games time, we'll be much closer to the Top 2 assuming this side carries on progressing. I'd certainly feel disappointed if we weren't tbh, we've really only looked 2nd best in one game so far, and that was arguably only one half of football, first half at Southampton. Got some interesting games to come after the break, away at Norwich and Leicester, which look good tests for us to see where we are in the sceme of things. But so far, I'd have to rate things around the 6.5/7 out of 10 mark. Reasonably solid, flashes of brilliance, but in the main good but plenty to improve on.1 point

Having met both Israelis and Palestinians(in various European countries), I think that I can confidently say that there is a significant hardcore element, among both sides, that absolutely hate and despise the other. With that ingrained hate, it is hard to see if there will ever be a relatively peaceful solution to this ongoing conflict.1 point

Thanks for asking, I'm not going to lie I've had a bad period. I decided to come online less as I need to get my head clear. To top it off my mum who suffers with COPD recently got Covid and ended up in hospital for a period. Thankfully she's on the mend now and she's home.0 points
