James is out but I think everyone is available. Failure to get 3 points here with the amount of players City are missing is inexcusable.

Think this will get called off, 8 players and as many staff in isolation now, maybe more tomorrow, waiting on tests

Considering you have the biggest squad in the league I think you should be made to play it.

I do too, just a case if we can travel without breaking current lock down rules with all the club being exposed

It is a mystery isn't it, i mean we have all been in lockdown  ..players probably got it at the local ALDI OR NETO when they was doing the weekly big shop :35_thinking:

Interesting that you've dropped the 'big' striker in Giroud and/or Abraham for Werner to play centrally.

Massive game for him.

City have a strong team today, Aguero, Mahrez, Fernandinho on the bench

Man City XI: Steffen, Cancelo, Dias, Stones, Zinchenko, Rodrigo, Gundogan, De Bruyne, Foden, Bernardo, Sterling

4-2-3-1

To be fair I can actually get using Werner against a high line, even though overall Giroud is the better player.

Still, big pressure on him - even moreso since he likely will get one or two good chances. One way or another he could be the decisive player.

It felt to me like Lampard is thinking he has Pulisic and Ziyech together, a luxury he's not been used to this season and it might just play a tune out of Werner.

He's desperate to get him going.

That could have easily been a penalty, other tackles like it have been given.  Looked like a Werner was right on the line and didn't look like there was contact with the ball.

Poor from Chelsea, Thiago Silva got turned far too easily by Gundogan.

And there’s another. Fucking hell Chelsea with this awful. Agree with Mike, this keeper is naff an all.
