Salah scores! Happens in a flash. Before you know it Salah is in the box scoring past Gulacsi.

I think that Olmo's header that hit the inside of the post early in the 1st half was their first proper chance. ;)

Sorry, meant 2nd half!

Bad mistake by Upamecano leads Mane to have a very easy finish. 0-2!

It was Mukiele's blunder, not Upamecano. Another terrible mistake by a Leipzig player leads to a Liverpool goal, but again, Mane was absolutely clinical with his chance.

I dont necessarily think they are that bad but their finishing has been poor in opportunities they've had tonight.

Of course they are not bad. They were last season's semi-finalists. They have had the disadvantage of not playing on home ground here tonight(They are playing in Hungary instead of in Leipzig, Germany) and they will have to go to Anfield in the second leg as well. Two blunders in defence has cost them, but we can't take anything away from Liverpool as both Salah and Mane took their chances superbly, proving what world class forwards they are. Leipzig have had their chances, it just hasn't been their day, which happens in football. RB Leipzig are a very young side and losing to a top side like Liverpool is no disgrace.
