Turkey look as if they had no Plan B for if they conceded a goal, and as others have noted they look like their legs have gone after 60 minutes (earlier for some). Should we be surprised though? Strategically speaking, Turkey have two potentially winnable games against Wales and Switzerland, and under the new format 3 points is probably enough to go through in 3rd place to the last 16. If that's how they're looking at the group, this could be seen as a dead rubber for them with a 0-0 draw merely a bonus point. Something to look out for in quite a few of the groups really, where there's a clear winner and the other 3 teams know there's a good chance that 2 of them will go through. Many times players have gone down easily and he's played on, forcing them to stop doing it. However, he did give offside from a corner kick. So that's inexcusable... I might be willing to forgive.
