Administrator Stan Posted August 5, 2021 Author Administrator Posted August 5, 2021 Think we'll line up like so: Schmeichel Pereira - Amartey - Soyuncu - Bertrand Ndidi - Tielemans Perez - Maddison - Barnes Vardy Ndidi has played CB before but it heavily affected us in midfield. I think it's worth keeping him as DM and putting Amartey as CB. Having said that, when Ndidi has played CB, we only had Mendy to cover. Now we have Soumare so it may be something Rodgers considered. Daka has hit the ground running (really fast) but think he'll be used as a sub. Hope the players still aren't too affected by Fofana's injury. Maybe having a game so soon after the incident will help to just move on from it.
Administrator Stan Posted August 7, 2021 Author Administrator Posted August 7, 2021 Spot on from us as above. Man City with a mixture of youngsters and seniors. Definitely beatable but still strong (ish).
Whiskey Posted August 7, 2021 Posted August 7, 2021 City not taking this seriously then, hopefully Grealish comes on - really excited about him.
Happy Blue Posted August 7, 2021 Posted August 7, 2021 These are the games Messi dreams about, he's sat by the phone waiting for Pep to call along with Harry Kane
Whiskey Posted August 7, 2021 Posted August 7, 2021 This has been one of the most boring games I can remember. Kasper Schmeichel being a little bitch about being caught during a 50/50. Used to come across really well but just seems to have a massive chip on his shoulder these days.
Reluctant Striker Posted August 7, 2021 Posted August 7, 2021 The most interesting thing has been Leicester fans reaction to Grealish..
Subscriber RandoEFC+ Posted August 7, 2021 Subscriber Posted August 7, 2021 Well that was a big whoops from Ake. Good on the referee for booking Fernandinho for bitching about it. However, Iheanacho can sod off with the "no I'm not celebrating" shite just because he spent a couple of years sat on City's bench .
Subscriber JoshBRFC+ Posted August 7, 2021 Subscriber Posted August 7, 2021 Congrats Stan and any other Leicester fans on here. Good way to start the season.
DeadLinesman Posted August 7, 2021 Posted August 7, 2021 £100million and can’t even win a charity shield. Pep will be spending another £150 million next week

Administrator Stan Posted August 7, 2021 Author Administrator Posted August 7, 2021 Deserved that I think. First half should have gone in ahead. Second half I think tired legs took its toll. So happy for this squad after May's success too. Happy to see Pep lose. He's become very moany these days.
Bluewolf Posted August 7, 2021 Posted August 7, 2021 Not the result I was expecting to be honest but good for Leicester..
Happy Blue Posted August 7, 2021 Posted August 7, 2021 The charity continues in the charity shield congrats @Stan@Dan and @Spike?? means something to the Leicester fans so glad they took it, apart from a few players we didn't look bothered

Kasper has always been a prick to be fair to him
Subscriber Dan+ Posted August 8, 2021 Subscriber Posted August 8, 2021 Just a really good day again. Felt like normality, particularly with the utterly appalling train services on the way home. I feel like we've got our mojo back. We've played some really nice football at times in the last couple of games. It definitely helps when Ricardo is back to his best. Winning is a habit. Lovely boost ahead of the new season.
