Moderator Tommy Posted April 9 Moderator Share Posted April 9 Did you get your wisdom teeth removed? I have to get mine removed, probably under general anesthetic. But I guess that's better than to witness the whole procedure.
Administrator Stan Posted April 9 Administrator Share Posted April 9 All mine came through, with pain, but not had to have any removed. Have had one other tooth removed though - dentist had to break it into 3 pieces as she took it out because it was so rigid/stuck .
Subscriber CaaC (John)+ Posted April 9 Subscriber Share Posted April 9 Both are gone, they left my immortal mouth when I had that accident in the army (pissed climbing the battery flagpole and falling off) fractured my jaw and lost a few teeth along with my wisdom teeth. < False teeth, now

Spike
No, but I think they have bad decay. My oral health isn't great but not as bad as others.

Subscriber Viva la FCB+ Posted April 10 Subscriber Share Posted April 10 Had mine removed in my early 20's. Dont remember it being overly painful or any complications. Eating liquids for like 5 or 6 days definitely sucked though.

OrangeKhrush
got removed a while back, the only bad thing about it is the tenderness and sensitivity that lasts around a week while your gums heal.

Subscriber Coma+ Posted April 11 Subscriber Share Posted April 11 Had mine removed as an adult because I had developed cavities in them. Dentist said no point in filling cavities, let's just remove them. He crushed them and pulled them out in chunks. The smell of tooth powder.... the pushing on my chest for leverage... the horror. The others came though with zero pain. Edited April 11 by Carnivore Chris
