Haha imagine Rafa working under these. Really think he'd be willing to accept compromises when it comes to transfers and working alongside a committee of businessmen?

He's working with Mike fucking Ashley and we've spent a shitload on that Keita fella and we're willing to spunk £80m on VvD.

I'm pretty sure he'd cheerfully fuck right out of Newcastle with a smile on his face if we asked him to.

Would have agreed a month ago, but with our future looking bright with all of this takeover talk I'm not so sure now.

If, and it is a big if all of this Amanda's Stavely talk is true he wouldn't leave IMO.

He would be a good appointment for you though, we have the fourth best defensive record in the league so far and we haven't used a recognised left back at all.

Did we ever bid for van Dijk?

People need to get over Rafa. I'm a huge fan of his but he's never coming back. He's not a yes man, which whether people want to believe it or not, Klopp is to these. If you're not giving Klopp a chance to make it work here we might as well give it up now.

How long does Klopp need, he has spent alot of money and still same problems.

But as far as I'm aware he's got complete control over transfers? Whether the money is there is a different matter.

Liverpool were probably at their best with Rodgers when they nearly won the league. Klopp hasnt got close to that.

Rodgers was so overrated, Suarez made him look three times as good as he was.

Rodgers had Suarez. Liverpool have played some great stuff under Klopp, stop kidding yourselves. However, he's a limited manager and it shows against some opposition. Having a shit defence and a League One goalie doesn't help.

Yea you had a real World class player but everyone played well.

Mike talking shite again, blaming the owners as per ZZZZZZZ

Are they, or their people, not part of the problem then? Klopp can take full responsibility for how wide open our defence is, how exposed we are and how they set up etc. But when in comes to our transfer activity they are most definitely part of the problem. The same issues with the side have persisted since they came in.

Exactly! I follow Liverpool very closely that season and they won games with and without Suarez, Saying that Suarez made Rodgers look good was a complete excuse. The whole team was class. One player doesn't get you that close if everyone else is shite regardless of how good you were.

Coutinho was still learning that season as well. Nowhere near as good as he is now.

Tired of hearing this "he bailed him out" excuse.

The Liverpool back line makes our look impressive. Felt the could have gotten a better result after going 2-1 and turning the pace up, but after they conceded the third it was game over. Lovren was comical, no where near Liverpool's level.

They supply the money, and plenty of money has been supplied. Is it their fault a decent defender hasn’t been brought in?

Come on Mike.

Same problems since 2010 mate. Of course, everyone will call for the managers head but our problems run deeper than the manager

That team was built around Suarez and Gerrard as a deep lying playmaker. But Gerrard as a deep lying playmaker only worked with the movement of Suarez and Sturridge up front.

Failure to adapt to properly use Gerrard after we lost Suarez meant he did not see the glaring issues of relying on Stevie as a DM on his last legs with a team static around him. Because that was the major issues, we lost Suarez and we lost movement all around the side.

And that's why Suarez was so important to how good we were.

Partly yeah, because they have some of their own people as part of the committee. I genuinely don't believe that say, Robertson or Chamberlain, Klopp has gone out and said 'get me them'. Committee signings written all over them

The manager is the one saying we only need 1 very particular CB and refused to strengthen our weakest area.

But it wasn't a one man team. Suarez was there before and didn't come close to challenging. Rodgers utilized him perfectly and the success was down to him, not Lucho.

I think it's time The Redmen looked past his swearing when results aren't good and the chest beating, prancing antics on the touch line and start asking for more.
