It's chicken meat cut really small, marinated over night in homemade mayonaise, herbs, onion and garlic. Then mixed with flour and eggs so you can form sort of a steak out of it. Apparently they eat that in the Ukraine, but with pork, beef or fish instead. 2 Quote

That looks gorgeous, going to give the wife a break from cooking today so I am going to have a slapdash John meal, once a month treat now that I am losing weight of pork chops, chips, beans and eggs (boiled for 3 minutes, not fried). 1 Quote

It turned out a lot better than I had anticipated. But there's still room for improvement and I know what to do better next time. Still pleased with the outcome though.
