I don't really understand the theory behind bringing Solanke on. Ings is a battler and a tidy player - what does Solanke bring to the table that he doesn't?

A bit more pace, I think. And he tends to drift out wide.

So what you're saying is we bring Crouchy back?

Tbf I'd be okay with that even though he's well past it. I've always got time for Peter Crouch.

Not so keen on the robot dance thing he does though....

City are doomed unless they get at least 1 goal tonight...

for fack's sake.   liverpool should keep possession and tire out city.   why is it the other way around .. why is liverpool trying to do some counter attacks when they get the ball

We're off rhythm, we've been off rhythm since Salah went off tbh. Meanwhile City are giving us no space whatsoever, like we did to them in the first half. I think we're in utter desperation mode right now.

On side, goal should of stood

That's at least 2 offside calls that were a bit harsh on City... considering Salah was a mile further offside for his but nothing flagged for that.. someone is on the Liverpool payroll tonight..

That linesman has been a decent signing for the scousers tonight.

Glad I'm not the only one who thinks the officials have had a heavy impact on this game. Some questionable decisions in there that favoured Liverpool.
