Good luck dealing with DeLaurentiis and could of sworn Insigne was Napoli through and through

Ditto!  Liverpool aren't easy to deal with but in the case of De Laurentiis, they're amateurs.

Make the bid see what happens and if it does good, if it doesn't move along and go to the next potential target. I don't think it will ever happen considering they turned down United for an exorbitant fee (100 million was it?) for their defender.

Insigne is incredibly valuable to them so you'd be looking near the 150-200 million range, which is insane.

Aside the point, Insigne is Napoli through and through. I don't think he will ever leave.

Insigne is a brilliant player!  Top notch and capable of anything against anyone. God only knows what he would deliver at a club full of class. But to sign him you’re gonna have to dig very very very deep.

Did you guys know Napoli and de Laurenitis are difficult to deal with? As well as Insigne being an amazing player that is Napoli through and through?

Think I might have seen that mentioned at some point somewhere on this forum. Dunno where though

Didn't Chelsea sign Jorginho from Napoli? The fee wasn't astronomical either, so either they aren't really that hard to deal with or they didn't really rate Jorginho that much.

They held Chelsea’s feet to the fire for Sarri though

Cunt initially didnt want Jorginho to come to us and wasnt aware he made his mind for us instead of City.

As Gonzo mentioned, we bent over backwards to get Sarri

With De Laurentiis you're talking about dealing with a very shrewd man.  Not just that...  He's like a predator because once he knows what you want, he knows how much he wants. Ask players that have been there like Higuaín or maybe even a past Liverpool player in the shape of Pepe Reina.

Forget Jorginho...  We're talking about signing one of the club's Crown Jewels so from there we have to look at a past example of a very valuable player wanted by someone else.  Gonzalo Higuaín who had just finished breaking the all time goal scoring record for a season in Serie 'A'.  When that signing was made it was a Serie 'A' record and look at the age he had when they Juventus signed him.

Now we're talking about their next greatest player, a player that's desired by most of Europe and he ain't coming into his 30s.  PLUS Insigne is Neapolitan... The city's son!

If you want to sign him, you're going to have to deal with De Laurentiis in his office which resides at the gates of hell because he'll make sure you understand what a proper deal is.

This is equivalent to selling Gerrard.

It's bollocks, we're not in for him and Napoli aren't going to sell him. We're in for Timo Werner.

Odd that you say that because I really wanted him to come over before the WC and while he didn't really shine there I still think he's a good fit for us. P.S. talking about Timo.

Our reliable journos are suggesting Klopp feels the same.

Insigne has been quite average this season but they're probably still unlikely to sell him because of him being a symbol for the club.

Can't see this being true at all. You don't spend that amount of money on someone who's not guaranteed a first team place.
