IgnisExcubitor Posted May 8, 2017 Posted May 8, 2017 Apart from the ones mentioned above, I would add Paul Parker, who has always been decent whenever he came on the telly here, and Stevie Grieve, who seems likes he actually makes an effort to watch a lot matches and knows his stuff.

He did a great analysis on us last year and it was quite refreshing to read in the midst of a lot of comments where you could tell little research had gone into it. I've always looked out for him ever since as a result.
Guest Posted May 10, 2017 Posted May 10, 2017 Like neville, Ferdinand the most. Hargreves has grown on me nice to have a pundit who doesn't moan and critisize all the time. Scholes is terrible. So biased towards man u and talks shit. As for Merson he must be there for comedy value.
Administrator Stan Posted May 11, 2017 Administrator Posted May 11, 2017 The greatest, Owen Hargreaves during the Madrid derby last night 'wonderful' and 'terrific' me and my mates always have a little sweepstake on when he will say the first in any match he commentates on
Asura Posted May 11, 2017 Posted May 11, 2017 The best has to be Ray Hudson like ATL said. Both the Robbies on NBC sports in the US are pretty sound. Also I dont know if I can call Henry as a pundit because he doesnt do many shows (?) but from what I have seen he sounds very intelligent to me.
Dave Posted November 13, 2017 Posted November 13, 2017 Not really worth it's own thread but I never could imagine somebody that comes across like Trevor Sinclair being arrested for drink drive.
Honey Honey Posted November 13, 2017 Posted November 13, 2017 Shame, I quite like Trevor Sinclair's punditry of FA Cup games, even if him and Ian Wright got dressed in a Tardis
The Liquidator Posted November 13, 2017 Posted November 13, 2017 I hadnt noticed this thread before. What an interesting read on peoples opinions.

Not sure if he thinks the brethalyser is racist or what but I thought he was better than that.

Guest Posted November 13, 2017 Posted November 13, 2017 I like jenus and murphy together on match of the day. I know a lot of people don't like him but I don't mind robbie savage. I use to hate him but he is quite honest about his own ability as a player which is good to see.
The Artful Dodger Posted November 14, 2017 Posted November 14, 2017 There are no good pundits that ex footballers that I've seen or heard so far.
Honey Honey Posted January 2, 2018 Posted January 2, 2018 Follow up on the Trevor Sinclair news earlier in this thread. He has pleaded guilty to drink driving and racially abusing police officers. (BBC - https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-lancashire-42542180)
The Artful Dodger Posted January 2, 2018 Posted January 2, 2018 I’m assuming he has been sacked? Will be farcical if he remains a pundit. Was awful anyway.
Smiley Culture Posted January 2, 2018 Posted January 2, 2018 Trevor Sinclair stood at non-League grounds dressed as a mixed race Peaky Blinder and looking beleaguered by his surroundings, is no more I take it. Shame, he was crap.
Guest Posted January 2, 2018 Posted January 2, 2018 Just watching the soccer special. Charlie Nickolas is such a wanker. Never managed a game in his life but always telling other managers what to do.

He just always seems to be telling other managers what they should be doing and he acts like he knows more than them which annoys me. Think he was on about Marco silver
