Administrator Stan Posted November 6, 2023 Author Administrator Posted November 6, 2023 Sorry but why the fuck is Neville saying Ange shouldn't point anything towards the officials. Never heard him say that about Arteta, Ten Hag, Klopp etc. Why does Neville get to decide what managers talk about? It's the way they say it, like Arteta, as opposed to what they say.
Bluewolf Posted November 6, 2023 Posted November 6, 2023 Always nice to get one over on the old enemy... Even better to end their unbeaten run... almost as sweet as our 2-2 when Leicester won the league

Tbf the team they're beating was sitting pretty at the top of the table and they had a match where they struggled to get ahead against 9 men and didn't even look better than their opponents when it was 11 v 10.
DeadLinesman Posted November 6, 2023 Posted November 6, 2023 That Jackson is fucking wank isn’t he. Celebrating like he’s done something special. 3 tap ins against 9 players. Soft cunt.

DeadLinesman Posted November 6, 2023 Posted November 6, 2023 And right on queue, misses something that doesn’t require an open goal. He’s fucking shite l.
Rick Posted November 6, 2023 Posted November 6, 2023 Mudryk being a petulant baby sulking after Jackson’s 3rd.

Would be a bit weird seeing a player score a hattrick against a rival and act like they've just gone and checked the mail.

Cicero Posted November 6, 2023 Posted November 6, 2023 Far too many times we played well but failed to win, so i'll take this. Some fundamental errors on display tonight. For the first time in my life, I saw us outnumbered in set pieces when we have 2 additional players.
Dr. Gonzo Posted November 6, 2023 Posted November 6, 2023 I will say it's rare to see a player score as many goals as their match rating would be if ranked out of 10. But Jackson's managed to get that done.

Lucas Posted November 6, 2023 Posted November 6, 2023 Romero has massively let his side down tonight. He was such a lucky boy to get away with his first act of petulance but he didn't heed the warning. To go in like that on someone, in the fucking box as well, it's nonsense. He's cost them. You just can't seem to count on him when it matters.
OrangeKhrush Posted November 6, 2023 Posted November 6, 2023 udogie should have been straight red carded, Romero is a walking red card. It took Chelsea a long time to kill the game. overall a fun game to watch
Subscriber Dan+ Posted November 7, 2023 Subscriber Posted November 7, 2023 Yet another weekend dominated by VAR saving us from the risk of any football breaking out. I really don't know how bad it has to get before they concede it needs to change.
Subscriber Mel81x+ Posted November 7, 2023 Subscriber Posted November 7, 2023 That red on Romero is a cause-and-effect problem really. Where else was his leg supposed to go honestly? And it's a tackle to stop a ball. I can see why its given, but something tells me all the backlash from the weekend is going to rear its ugly head in ways we aren't ready for as the season starts to go on. I can also see a similar tackle not being given as a penalty or a red in the future as well and that's my actual problem with VAR, lack of consistency. If players knew what was going to be a sending-off, they'd stop doing it, but they still try their luck because they themselves know that refs are capricious in their thinking. They've lost two players to injuries too and have two red cards. Tough day for Spurs.
